The service is fantastic, and the waitress was so attentive. The appetizers and the main course were delicious. We got 3 bottles of wine, and they paired well with the food. Everything was great! Highly recommend if you're looking to go for brunch with friends or a date night with your significant other.

This is one of my go-tos because I enjoy the sweet wines. The food is pretty good and the vibe is decent a bit loud but nothing that ruins the mood unless you’re someone who needs a quiet meal. I go here often, mainly to this location since the one downtown closed.

I love this atmosphere. Very warm and welcoming. Also, you're granted to try two complementary wines of your choosing. I've tried Vin Chocolat Noir and Vin Chocolat Almond ... You can say I'm a choco'holic 😉

Plus, the food is very well cooked and plated. Tastes are gourmet. I definitely recommend this place for first, second, etc etc dates. As well as girls Day/night.

Kenya, Cynthia, and the manager, Aaliyah, went above and beyond for my needs. They truly care for their customers and have excellent customer service. They even helped me choose my bottles of wine for my membership when I was indecisive. Plus, the food was delicious and atmosphere was great. I can’t wait to come back here for my wine tasting!

We were extremely thankful to have had Scotty as our Server for brunch! He was very accommodating and gave great suggestions on food and beverages to try on the menu. The boozy iced coffee was chef’s kiss!! Please ask for Scotty when booking your reservation. I must also add that this is the BEST location to dine in. Thank you!!!

Very popular and busy location, especially on a Saturday night, so make reservations earlier in the week.

The food was delicious with very innovative appetizers.

The decor and atmosphere, including the energy of the staff and the enthusiasm of the patrons/diners, are a complete and positive vibe.

5 whole stars for me hun!!!😘😘😘

I was gonna complain how LONG we had to keep waiting for our server, but he made up for it at the end.

Other than that this place it a hit.
The food is WORTH its price.

We had the sashimi sushi, some surf and turf, capelli chicken, and the creme brulee!!! Everything was good!!!

I'm for sure coming here again!!!

Hello,
My name is Antoinette. I have been a member of Cooper’s hawk for 4 years, if not more. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve experienced so far and it was handled very callously. I had a dine in reservation for 4 pm. When I was seated, I was never served water or bread until I asked for it. When I was ordering my food, I asked for the salmon but with Cajun seasoning over mashed potatoes with broccoli. I was given salmon with no seasoning and not cooked to my liking. It was very wet. I sent it back and reiterated what I asked for. They brought my plate back to me extremely hot as though it was sitting on the stove and the salmon was overly cooked on one side and still looked the same. Being that I couldn’t enjoy my food because it wasn’t what I asked for, I sent it back and asked for the over the border egg rolls instead. I waited over 30 minutes for my food to come out. When my order came out, it was plated as though it was just thrown on the plate. At this point I just waived the manager (Alexis) to explain to her what was going on and show her how my food was plated. She did not find a problem with anything I explained to her. She then proceeded to passively ask me what is it that I would like for her to do instead of bringing me a solution. This has been by far the worst customer service experience I have received from this location.
