My nephew had a piece of his artwork in the 17th annual Art Exhibit so I went over there to check it out! He did amazing of course and it was so awesome to see all the different art pieces that other students had contributed! Some of them are so impressive I absolutely loved being there and obviously I was very proud of my nephew! It was very cool to be able to walk around and look at the art and also be able to explore Preston Jackson's Studio, so fascinating and really happy that I was invited to attend the show!
I had never been in Rhythm Kitchen Music Cafe but they're located inside of the Contemporary Arts Center as well, going to have to try them out sometime! It sounds like a happy environment, there was somebody playing the piano and lots of people were enjoying their dinner!
They always have all kinds of events happening at the Contemporary Arts Center come on by and check it out sometime!

Attended a wedding at night but saw they had a sweet yarn exhibit that I couldn't check out because the museum proper wasn't open.

We have only been back in Peoria for around 6 months are always trying to find unique places to go. We love art and this was trip worth going downtown and trying to find parking. They feature several artists and you can even go in the studio area where they are working on different projects. I love the fact that they have taken an old warehouse and given it new life. There is also a cafe on the main floor but we did not stop in to eat. We will definitely visit The Contemporary Art Center again.

Great place. Always wonderful art to review. Great Friday night venue; Live at the 5 Spot. Always a great band performing from 5:30-7:30 p.m Wonderful gallery location for wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversary parties, reunions, celebration of life, etc. Be sure to check it out.

CAC was the perfect venue for my daughters wedding reception last fall. William and staff were Amazing ! Very professional, helpful,and patient with all of our questions,changes of mind,and requests.
Beautiful location and building. Would highly recommend .

We used this venue for our wedding reception in October! The space is so beautiful and unique as the art changes in the gallery space. William so helpful in helping us plan the layout and suggesting different vendors to check out! I'm so happy we used this venue!
