Worst experience ever. First of all, night front desk gave us no directions or info at all to where our room will be at. There's different wings of the building. Our stay was okay. Room is outdated. Beds are comfy. Come in the morning we went for breakfast and was denied by the server. He's a short dark skinned guy, saying only 1 can have breakfast. We had to go back to front desk and lady there was rude. She did not listen to our concern about breakfast instead judge right off and already made assumptions. Finally, we can go get our breakfast. Food was nasty. It was not even worth all that trouble. Syrup is dark and tasted weird. Eggs are watery. Coffee is water down. Never again! We'll stick to Hiltons as our #1 stay, always excellent service and delicious food. This place spends so much money on decors yeah.. it's nice but lack quality of food and service. Do better! No wonder the parking is empty.

This will be my fourth time staying here, and although the pool and the spa weren’t working, it’s OK we got a free breakfast and I thought it was fabulous, I appreciate the effort of the hotel and the staff, it’s one of the very few hotels that takes pets. Their beds are so comfortable. I want to load one up and take it home. I’ve never had a bad experience there. I don’t have to worry about my car getting broken into. It’s right next to the airport. It’s really cool to watch the planes takeoff and land. It’s quite comfortable. The only suggestion I have is just to let the guest know what building they’re checking into other than that I will keep coming back and I will recommend people to stay there.

Positive: I really liked the room location, it overlooked the Bart station perfectly and was all lit up at night. Made a really nice New Year?s Eve. Food is really good, especially the chicken wings, I?m shocked how good they are. Negative: Besides being moved rooms from our original room everything was really nice, nice Christmas decor, pool is even heated and makes it nice during a winter stay.

This is a very nice hotel! Affordable, but yet it has great customer service and a beautiful interior garden. The rooms are updated, clean and spacious. Great location as well.

That place is beautiful. It is so big has everything inside that you need you can’t get a little lost lol but it’s a beautiful place to stay for the price. The breakfast thing was a new thing so they need to get that a little bit better but other than that, it was great.

Sad to say our experience here was not great. I mean, the decor of the lobby area was beautiful, but the customer service was horrible! When we arrived, they didn’t give clear directions that there were multiple building wings and that our room was in the Buchanan Wing. It was very frustrating. The heater in the room was also not working so my family and I slept cold that night. We were also told that breakfast was included and can cover up to “five people,” whatever that means, but when we went to get breakfast the following morning, we were questioned and given a hard time. Note, I traveled with my sister, brother-in-law and niece here, and we booked a one, two-queen beds room. We shared a room, I don’t know why they gave us such a hard time about it. When we finally were able to get breakfast, the food was horrible! The sausages tasted like they cooked it with old overdue oil, pancakes were dried, coffee was water down, and the syrup tasted like it was expired. Never coming again.

To start our stay we dealt with the rudest hotel employee that I ever had the displeasure of interacting with. She seemed to be very unhappy with her job, zero customer service. The room was average. The bathroom was without a doubt the worst. The towel rack fell apart, the toilet paper holder let the paper drop to the floor, and there was no place to put simpler items such as toothpaste or a toothbrush near the sink. The grounds were unkempt. The bed was actually comfortable. The managers were very polite and returned phone calls which was very nice. Overall, we will.not be staying here ever again

Pretty outdated inside. Not what I expected for what the pricing is. Service is unprofessional and pretty bad. For your own sanity, just stay away. Short and simple. White eggs for breakfast, maple syrup looks like chocolate syrup, and sausages don't look like sausages. Breakfast is poor.
