I checked in 03/29/25 and checked out 03/30/25, just an overnight stay. Late check-in after midnight close to 1am which was awesome. Parking wasn’t all that but I managed to get in. The representative that checked me in this night was very kind and provided me with everything I needed for my nights stay. Made it to my room 202 very spacious room comfortable bed but the room had a slight smell but it was only for a night so I could deal with it. Clean bathroom, a few towels had a few stains but again just a nights stay so I could deal. I wake up the next morning and notice blood in the sheets as well as a bed bug smeared in the sheets. I reported this to the manager on duty that morning and stated they spray every month and that there was nothing else he could do. I tried calling back a couple times a couple of days later but no one reached out to me for anything, not even a simple apology or that “ we’ll make sure the next guest won’t have the same experience you did”. If the manager that night (male manager) handled this situation just a tad bit better I wouldn’t be making this review now. To anyone reading this review use the information as you wish. Again pretty decent location, late check-in available, spacious rooms, just poor customer service if you ask me. Oh yeah here’s a picture to validate things.

Rooms are nice. Parking not so great. They had some construction going on in the parking area. We had to park down towards the main road and walk up. Only issue was the girls dance or cheer team that was staying there. I have never heard doors slam, open and close so many times. Every five to 10 seconds slamming. Running in the hall and being loud went on until midnight and started up around seven the next morning. Third floor so I'm sure people below didn't appreciate it. I'm sure they aren't there every weekend. The hotel itself was nice.

The hotel is behind an auto parts store, go through their parking lot to get there. This hotel is cleaner than most comfort inns. Staff were friendly and helpful, hot breakfast. The elevator could use some work.

Room is very spacious and clean. Location is Central to the interstate and plenty plenty of places to eat. Staff was very friendly. Recommend this hotel if you're in the area. Bed was very comfortable. Had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel in a while.

The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because there is no hot water in the bathrooms and the room smelled really odd. The YMCA has warmer water than here. I don't think it helps shorten shower time either because once I get used to the cold water in the shower, I don't want to get out and get hit with even colder air from the room. I have to hype myself up before I get in and out. Lol. The breakfast here is great though.

It was a decent hotel, don't expect a luxury experience. The staff were great and accommodating! There were some structural issues that caught the eye, but I think they work hard to keep the hotel decent. The location is surrounded by automotive type business, so you don't get much of a view; however, there's a wide array of eateries/restaurants in close proximity. The room was a decent clean with stains on carpet and couch. I got a towel and wiped the suspicious stains off the couch, wondering why housekeeping didn't do the same. I like the sustainability concept of using the refillable bottles for lotion, shampoo, etc. On another note, the ice machines could use some attention.
Breakfast was decent enough; the link sausages were delicious and I like the egg patties which would be a good option for someone who is low carb. Overall, it was decent enough for our overnight stay, but I don't think the price equaled the overall value. At a better price point, I would probably stay again, like I said earlier, it's decent just don't expect too much.

Please do not stay here if you plan to arrive later after 3pm. We had plans to stay in this hotel for a large event taking place in the city. We are gold members of the chain and have stayed in plenty of these hotels across the country. We arrived late to our reservation but have never had issues with a reservation as long as we were there before a certain time. When we arrived, we were informed that our room had been canceled. Upon further investigation and calling corporate, it was stated that the room was canceled on that day "by the front desk clerk" citing issues with payment. 😒 However, there were no issues with payment as we used the exact same payment to get another hotel room on short notice.

In the past, I've never known a hotel to run a payment prior to arrival especially if there was a payment made WITH confirmation number (not a card holding the room).

We had a confirmation email and no other cancelation emails were sent (we checked all emails, junk folders, and spam folders). There were no phone calls provided, nor was there any correspondence.

We believe that the hotel needed the room and provided a bogus excuse for why our room was canceled. Please do NOT stay here if you plan to arrive late to the hotel.

My Basketball organization stays here every weekend from March till July ! They are very helpful, accommodating, friendly and a well managed facility!
