After a 12 hour drive, I was due to stay at this location for 5 days for a work trip. The staff at check in was friendly. Everything seemed good until I got to my room. I noticed there was clothes tags and things on the floor. I asked if someone would please vacuum since it was apparent it wasn’t done. Housekeeping gladly did so. I started unpacking but figured I would check the room at more. The room wasn’t clean at all. The coffee pot still had old coffee on it, the microwave had not been cleaned, the night stand and other furniture literally was covered in enough dust you can see your finger print. I have never left a negative comment from a stay but was seriously shocked. I was so grossed out, I literally checked right out and went to another hotel chain locally. I guess my thing is general cleaning is important. You can’t just change sheets and turn the room over. That’s not hygienic at all. .

We found the hotel's price to be quite attractive, and the room was spacious after we requested a change to accommodate our family of 4 with children. However, the breakfast wasn't good enough, consisting mainly of cheap food in large quantities. We were charged a deposit and have requested a refund through the booking platform, but have yet to receive it, despite contacting them over two months ago.The pool is rather small, but the hot sauna had excessive chlorine.

I have had a lot of extended stay through the past couple months at different motels. This one was by far the best staff was friendly and helpful. I love their decaf coffee in the lobby . I asked about it and the manager got the name of it for me. Only down side was for me I was on the phone and cleaning staff opened my room door . I felt bad for her she was very apologetic . She said that it was vacant
I asked the front desk and they said it was not. Over all stay was very good and the pool area has a smaller pool for little ones seemed clean and well kept overall.

The hotel itself was great. They have an indoor pool, which, unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of. The workout room was a bit small. The only issue I will complain about was the complimentary breakfast. There was not much of a selection, mostly empty. We had to ask for toast, hardly any eggs. The apple juice was not apple juice it was more like fruit punch. It was disappointing considering I've stayed at other hotels where their breakfast is amazing. The room was huge, and I loved that I was able to stay in watch movies and just relax.

I called to confirm my reservation and requested a full set of fresh linen. I was told I had to pick it up from the front desk. I also requested to speak to the manager Stephanie and I was told she was unavailable and her schedule was unknown. This a poor representation of this hotel.

We recently spent two nights here. The location is great! Very convenient to downtown and quiet. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. All staff were friendly and very attentive. The hot tub was hot like a hot tub should be. Our room was clean and spacious, but the beds in our room, 212, were just ok. It is time for those beds to be replaced. I did advise front desk staff of this upon check out and was advised they would address this with the hotel manager. The hotel is reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

The Room was clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. The location was perfect from downtown and the Grand Geneva, since we were there for GaryCon. I would stay here again.

We booked our room a month in advance. The room we booked had two queen beds and a pull-out couch (exactly what we needed for us and our children). When we arrived, they said the room that we had reserved was not available because they OVERBOOKED the hotel. There was only one room left in the hotel for us. It had only one bed and a pull-out. We were furious, and I'm still waiting for my full refund that they promised.
