Positive: Location and nice room size Negative: When I asked for a late check-out on Sunday so I could attend church and be able to leave my pet in the room. I was told they could extend check-out only one hour. I offered to pay extra for that late check-out. I was unable to attend the church service.

Positive: The staff was the only good thing about this hotel. Negative: The hotel was dirty with ripped carpet and lots of nasty smells. There were people smoking weed on our hall and the smell was coming into our room.

This is probably one of the most upkept hotels I've ever stayed at. We stayed here for a wedding and it was very uncomfortable to get ready because the room just made you feel dirty. The floors, especially in the bathroom from the tile grout, were ungodly disturbing. The random black spots and drip spots on the ceiling. The mold on the shower curtain and the disgusting AC unit that kept spiting unknown black pieces of something onto the bed. The window curtain had some unknown substance on it. The humidity in the room was just insane. Honestly, you can't tell me this hotel hasn't made enough money for a deep clean or renovation.
Not a great experience, not recommended.

I had a reunion with my daughter and 8 yr old granddaughter. On the day they were leaving me, my daughter noticed I didn’t have any toilet paper so she went into the hall and saw the cart with supplies on it. The housekeeper, Jelisa, wasn’t where my daughter could see her so she took a roll of toilet paper. The housekeeper came from around the corner and scolded my daughter for taking the roll of toilet paper. My daughter told her I didn't know where you were to ask you, so I figured it was just a roll of toilet paper. The housekeeper kept up her argument, being nasty and my daughter became very upset. She provoked my daughter. My daughter apologized and they started yelling at each other. I had to get in the middle of them as the woman now came at my daughter as if she was going to come into our room after her. This could have gone really wrong had I not gotten in between the 2 of them. I am elderly and disabled. I was able to calm the housekeeper down and my daughter went in the room. I was in tears by now. My daughter was walking down the hallway to leave with my granddaughter and the front desk clerk came upstairs to find out what all the yelling was about, and Jelisa started again carrying on loudly about my daughter taking the toilet paper off her cart. I spoke to three of the front desk clerks and each one said the housekeeper overreacted and taking a roll of toilet paper should not have been a big deal to cause this type of argument. The hotel refuses to do anything about it. The manager didn't return my calls for days and when he did, he said there is nothing he can do for me. He said he talked to Jelisa & told me what she said, of course her story isnt the same. She said I grabbed her hand. I did not. She said she knocked on the door…the door was open and she was trying to come in to get to my daughter pointing her finger in our faces. My daughter was trying to close the door. I never got to have a nice goodbye with my family. I went into my room and cried my eyes out…. On a good note, otherwise the hotel was ok. It is an older hotel but other than the pool being cloudy and having bugs in it, the hotel was satisfactory. Breakfast was good and the employees who did the breakfast were kind and helpful. The desk clerks were all kind and helpful. Daniel even spoke of the Holy Spirit to myself, my daughter and granddaughter. The Lord is being talked about in this hotel and what is better than that! Hallelujah thank You Jesus!! Corporate did apologize and wound up giving me 8,000 points on my account for the incident….over a ROLL OF TOILET PAPER!

These crooks swindled money for non cancelation.on 3/23/24 They stated it was because I did not cancel before check in my son booked the room less than 12 hours before check in . They charged me $126 dollars for a room that I didn't stay in. They said it was their policy. won't be staying there anymore I used to stay every year and spend hundreds of dollars there! my son said the front desk clerk made a racial comment about him and his kids. Because he had his children with him he thought it was visitation weekend for them ? be careful before you waste your hard-earned money ?.

The one thing that turns me off more than anything else at a hotel is hairs on the sheets when covers are turned down. We stayed at this Comfort Suites in September and upon examining the bed, there were several hairs on the bottom sheet. I told the manager and we were moved to another room where the sheets looked clean. We stayed there again on 12/11/23 to use rewards points that were going to disappear, and had the same experience. I found several hairs on the first room's bed and told the lady at the front desk. She moved me to another room and wouldn't you know, when I turned back the covers, there were several hairs on that sheet. Again, I told the lady at the desk, and she offered to bring new bed clothes and make the bed herself, which she did. I ended up helping her, to make the process go quicker. She was very kind and very apologetic, but still, guests shouldn't have to help make the bed, just to ensure the sheets are clean. In each case, my only assumption was that the beds were made without changing the sheets that the previous customers slept on. With Covid, flu, RSV, etc. going around, the last thing I want to do is sleep on sheets that some stranger slept on just the night before me. In each case, it wasn't just a single hair, but rather several hairs on each bed.

We were attending a concert several miles away, however we wanted to stay at the comfort suites. Our room was clean and tidy. Everyone was extremely friendly and the customer service that was provided was spot on. The free Continental breakfast was what you would expect in a hotel. However, the ladies serving the breakfast and keeping the area clean was some of the best service that we've seen.
Our only wish is that the pool would have been open.
