Good location right off interstate. Clean updated lobby and good breakfast. The room we originally had and the room we were moved to(after complaining about the first) both reeked of mildew. I think there's been some recent flooding because the air felt damp and there was slight water damage on the bottom of the door of the bathroom. I have been to this hotel before and not had this issue but will definitely not be back.

Staff was great, full breakfasts, coffee 24/7. Indoor pool and gym a nice bonus. Rooms and hotel seemed very well maintained & clean. Also in a great location!

Room was clean except the roach I killed in the bathroom. The door was also in need of help. We had to lift the handle so the door would fit back into the door frame.

They had coffee out with flavored creamers. That is a big plus, considering I just stayed at the LA Quinta in Fultondale this last weekend & there was no coffee out at all, lol. Good location, friendly staff.

Pretty great location outside of Birmingham with a reasonable price!
Within walking distance of Target, and plenty of food options around so driving isn’t a must for those who don’t mind a little stroll around the not-too-busy road.

Staff was more than welcoming on our very-late check-in with advance notices.

Breakfast was a delight; especially thanks to the staff! Had a good-size family come in and we were able to move some tables and had an awesome lady of the staff help us out with everything we needed.

Don't come here NO HOT WATER!! The worker said I have to wait for someone else to get through taking a shower before I can take a shower. The room smells like urine.

Room was dirty and the bed sounds like someone was beating on a trash can every time someone moved. Horrible experience! I will not consider comfort inn when I’m in need of a hotel.!!!!

Positive: Location of the hotel is excellent as its right off the interstate and close to both gas stations and restaurants. Negative: I found the bathroom to be unacceptable. Floor was dirty, front of toilet had stains and was definitely not clean. Got in the shower and found certain disgusting types of hair on the wall of the shower so it wasn't cleaned either.
