Great place to stay. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot to start our day. Large room with comfortable bed. Check-in was easy and we even got help from staff when our car alarm went off! We will be back. They even have a peacock 🦚 that greeted us at the entrance. She's a beautiful addition to the place.

I can’t review the quality of the hotel because our truck starter went out on the way to the property and we were unable to stay. So my review has to do with the hotel’s customer service. We had to get towed and spent the weekend with a car in the shop. I knew I had booked a non-refundable fare (I had zero intention of cancelling and would rather have spent the weekend at Yosemite as planned) but we didn’t plan on our truck breaking down. I was informed that the hotel has the flexibility to provide refunds (even if you book a non-refundable fare) if they feel your circumstances are valid for cancelling. I reached out early through booking.com and they notified the hotel of the circumstances. I never heard back from the hotel and had to call myself. The GM wouldn’t budge and refused to grant a refund. Patrick, the hotel manager, and all of the front desk staff were very kind, sympathetic, and apologetic of our plight, so I did enjoy speaking with them. They are the reason I gave an extra star because they were great. But the general manager of the store needs a lesson in human compassion.

First time staying here and everything was great. Patrick was the desk person and was very friendly and on top of things. He told us about things happening in Fresno and we had a great conversation. Already booked 2 more stays here in 2025.

The room was clean, but missing the sheets for the pullout bed. The night staff was friendly and helpful.
The real issue was breakfast in the morning. The staff did not fill anything the last half hour and all that was out were a few sausages. It was disappointing. If you do stay, I would advise coming extra early if you wish for eggs.

The best hotel I have been in had a gym free break but no pool loved going on elevator service was great room was awesome had so much fun
