The hotel was clean and overall a pleasant stay, though not the best Comfort Suites we've experienced. We were a bit disappointed not to receive the usual snack gift for members, which we've come to expect from other locations. Unlike some Comfort Suites, this one does not offer all-day tea and beverages, which was also missed. The location is somewhat inconvenient, as it's situated across the highway from most restaurants—you’ll need to drive a bit further and loop back to access dining options. Breakfast was adequate, though the eggs and sausage were only lukewarm. Still, the property is well-maintained and the accommodations were comfortable.

Excellent kind staff with free water, snacks and a weekly dinner night for military. Quiet rooms and good bed/pillow/shower. Also quick to fix a treadmill plug when someone had stepped on it. Great 2 week stay~ thank you! Within a quick drive to restaurants/grocery though the traffic layout is weird.

The rooms were really clean except there were a lot of hair strings on the bathroom floor. I’m assuming it may be one of the house keepers who’s hair may have been shedding. And also, I saw a couple of roaches in the room, a baby roach and a medium size roach.

The hotel is very clean n smells really good. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is on point. The beds and pillows are really comfortable except I kept itching throughout the night. I pulled the bed sheets off to make sure there weren’t any bed bugs.

I saw little black specs on my sheets, but I didn’t have any bite marks on me🤷🏾‍♀️I hope there wasn’t any bed bugs. Especially since I saw the 2 roaches I saw. I informed the staff on what I saw. They were very respectful about it and said they will get on it since I’m leaving the next day. And although the AC was working, it was still hot in my room. I had the AC on as low as it can go to keep cool.I love the location of this hotel.

I rarely leave reviews, but want to compliment this hotel. Fleeing a hurricane, we looked for a room with brands we typically stay at, but they were either full or very expensive. I was pleasantly surprised at this location. The room was clean, quiet (even though the hotel appeared to be full), and staff were friendly. Our young family made it to breakfast 10 minutes before closing. Staff did not rush us or the others who were there, and even appeared to work on other tasks instead of immediately cleaning up the food to give us time. Additionally, the facilities that we saw and grounds were well kept and the parking lot was very well lit, in a convenient location near the interstate. We could not hear road noise from our room. For $150, including taxes, we were very satisfied and suggest this is a good bet compared to other pricier hotels or budget options nearby with less-stellar reviews. Thank you Comfort Inn & Suites!

The lobby stunk so badly of incense or cleaner scent that one of our party couldn't eat breakfast there . When we got to our vehicle the smell still lingered on us.
Their heater for the breakfast food wasn't working. They put it out anyway and told us to microwave it. FOOD SAFETY?

Didn’t love this place but the only reason is because they had pictures of a pool on the website but there is NO pool. But overall it is a nice place and the beds are comfortable.
