Never again! It's older so expectations weren't high but needed a last minute stay for a funeral. in the middle of the night the fire alarm started chirping non stop, called front desk and was told maintenance was coming. I went to the front desk twice and called 3 times no help. finally the clerk asks if I'm checking out because apparently they weren't fixing it if we were leaving. I told her no. went to the funeral etc. came back still chirping. I call front desk again and same as the first clerk, TJ says I'll call you back 30 minutes later I go down to the front desk and she's on her phone with no intentions to help us. I ask for the manager, there wasn't one and when asked for the number for a Manger she lied and said she can't give it out, no corporate number or anything. I press for us to change rooms and she finally agrees. All this over changing a battery! I left my number and asked the manager to call me and i haven't heard a word. DON'T STAY HERE. As well at least 2 of housekeeping staff had their kids with them as they cleaned which I'm sure is illegal

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites, and while my experience started off well, it quickly went downhill.

The hotel is located at the end of a road, which initially made me feel concerned about safety and security. However, the parking lot was well-lit, clean, and equipped with evenly spaced security cameras around the building, which helped ease my concerns. The exterior looked recently updated, and upon entering, I was greeted warmly by name. The front desk attendant even mentioned that I was his last check-in for the evening, which added a nice personal touch.

Unfortunately, things changed as soon as I stepped into the elevator. The hallways had an unpleasant odor as I walked to my room, and the issues only grew once I entered. The room was a disappointment:
• There was no safety latch on the door.
• The bathroom showed signs of black mold.
• The desk chair had crumbs and hair on it.
• The walls were visibly dirty.
• Hair was scattered on the bathroom floor.

To make matters worse, during my seven-day stay, I requested fresh towels and sheets on the fourth day. I had marked my pillowcases and sheets, only to discover they were not changed after housekeeping cleaned the room. I was provided with just two towels and one face towel—far from sufficient.

Overall, while the staff was polite and the exterior of the hotel was well-maintained, the cleanliness and room conditions were unacceptable. I expected much better for a week-long stay.

My family is coming to celebrate my niece's graduation, and since we had an extra guest, we decided to request another room. We went downstairs to speak with the front desk about this. My sister has a discount with Choice Hotels, but when we asked for assistance, the female attendant at the desk said she didn’t know how to use the points system. The older man who was working behind the desk also claimed he didn’t know how to operate the system. I can’t help but feel that, because we are Black, they were unwilling to assist us. I would be cautious about selecting this hotel if you are minority.

I called and spoke to a female to see if there was a handicapped room available, and to see if they have a cap on the number of pets allowed in the room. I was was told that they had a room available and there would be a $20 non-refundable fee per pet. I asked if we needed to give our name to reserve the room, and was told to just show up.
The hotel is a little hard to get to. Our maps actually tried taking us to another hotel.
We were excited to get to the hotel since the photos showed an indoor pool and hot tub, but when we got there, we were told they don't have either, and that they needed to update their website. Also, we were told that the pet fee for our dog was $20, but for our 3 cats, the pet fee would be $30 each. We were surprised at additional cost, and explained that we had been told differently when we called, but it didn't seem to matter. My husband paid, we unloaded and headed to the room, where we found pet food on the floor that didn't belong to us.
There is also a higher than normal threshold to get in the room. Normally this isn't a concern, but when you're in a wheelchair it is hard to get over. Overall the room was nicely presented, but for some reason the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was nice, but water went all over the bathroom due to bad drainage.
We didn't try out the breakfast before we left.

This is such a terrible place to stay we booked in advance got here at midnight just to find out they had bed bugs crawling all over the hotel! Absolutely disgusting!!! I do not recommend at all I’m so thankful someone else figured it out and said something about it so we didn’t end up staying here for the night! So sorry if anyone had to deal with that also while staying here that is absolutely disturbing!!!

One night stay for graduation. Wheelchair and service dog friendly. Although some door frames were difficult to roll the wheelchair over.

The hotel and especially the rooms smelled very musty! The beds felt damp. There were two spot lights shining in our window at night. We used a hair clip to keep the curtains closed tighter. The waffles were good, but the syrup was out, and we had to find someone to refill it. Other than that, it was decent for a night's stay. The staff was very nice. The location was good.
