The front desk Lady was so pleasant and gave instructions to our room, gym, pool and hot tub area in efficient detail. The breakfast is plentiful, fresh and awesome!! The manager and staff does a wonderful job on making sure that guests feel as if they are welcomed into "their" home. Rooms are super clean, as is the rest of the facilities!

Down for a quick work trip - this hotel was exactly what I needed! Clean hotel and room, pretty comfy bed, quite location, nice staff (front desk lady on check-in was super!), AND the price was certainly right - - - bonus that they have long breakfast hours and it's included in price. Pleased all around!

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding things in the area. The room was large and comfortable and above all it was clean and well cared for. Their breakfast was one of the best that I have had as a complementary breakfast in a hotel. There was ample parking close to the building.

We travel for work, weekly, and this was by far one of the best work stays so far. From the check-in process with Tacie, to the plush beds, I couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating work stay. The check in process was as smooth, the room was very comfortable and clean and the common areas were immaculate. Obviously, for a work stay, most of the time was spent on site however it was comforting to know I would have fresh coffee, a decent breakfast and a clean room to comeback to. Location was everything because food options were plentiful and Walmart was next door. I would stay again.

Came in as a guest traveling with a friend and the front desk worker Chloe was a rockstar. She was extremely helpful with letting us know where our room was and ensured us that our stay would be great. Would highly recommend this place!

We stayed here while visiting some family in Creal Springs. The hotel was decently clean, but for the price it’s pretty outdated. Obviously they take advantage of being the only hotels out there haha. The lobby smelled like mold and mildew, likely because of the indoor pool on the same floor. Thankfully the rooms didn’t smell the same. The beds were VERY comfortable but the pillows were just sacks of air that deflated easily. I prefer a bit more support for my neck, and for $160+ a night I kind of expected more. We did not do breakfast here, not really a fan of low quality hotel food. People seemed to think it was amazing so if it’s your only option it’s probably good. Some good restaurants nearby or in Carbondale. The staff were super friendly! Small town hospitality for sure. There is a night club right across the street and we had a room on the same side. But it didn’t really bother us. Overall a okay. 👍🏼
