Extremely pleasant staff and clean rooms. The general manager was extremely nice. The man working the night shift was also great I think he name was Shawn? He wore glasses and was very tentative and friendly. We stay here last weekend the entire weekend. The woman who did the breakfast was super professional too and the food was AWESOME. Thank you for a great time my family and I will definitely be returning in the future!

First, we had to have a stay of over two months waiting for our house, the staff was super with us and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. breakfast was super....
the managers and the front desk were very helpful and super nice. the amenities were awesome as well the pool area has a hot tub and was also very nice. small gym is included. but what made the most was the entire staff. The people running the place is what make the best part of this Hotel.

Nice staff, we enjoyed the pool & hot tub for my son’s birthday. Wide variety of food for breakfast. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy & the ac worked good in the room unlike some hotels.

I only stayed here for one night but it was a very nice hotel. I cashed in my rewards points and got a nice room with a hot tub for $85. The hotel was quiet, the staff was all friendly, and the breakfast was good. The hotel smelled clean when you walked in. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience with Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing. We selected this hotel for our wedding due to the complimentary transportation they offered once you met your 15 room blocks. Unfortunately, a family member accidentally canceled their reservation due to a language barrier the day before the wedding during the check in process after securing it months in advance. I spoke with the front desk clerk about this issue and said that it wouldn’t be a problem and to have them rebook. When the guest tried to rebook the room, we were informed that we needed to speak to the director of sales due to no rooms being available, who had already left for the day. On the day of our wedding, despite explaining the situation, we were told by the front desk that if we wanted the room back, we needed to pay $300 instead of the block rate of approximately $169.99, but that they would confirm with us later after they spoke with the director of Sales. The only additional communication I received was a text message 2 hours later saying that we didn’t respond in time and that we would be charged for the shuttle. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue, my family member was left without a room, and we were charged $350 for the shuttle service due to not meeting the minimum booked rooms now, which we had in the first place. Kim, the director of sales displayed no empathy and made our wedding day incredibly stressful despite giving this hotel over $2,500 in business. You would think in a service industry the standard would be set higher to provide service to its guests who simply made a check-in mistake, not even accounting for this being a significant and busy day in our lives. If you plan on having your wedding here, we had another hotel block group at the Marriott and would strongly recommend booking with them as the experience was a much more pleasant one for our guests than how we were treated here.

This place make you feel right at home. Staff is super at service, clean rooms and excellent breakfast and couldn't ask for a better hotel to call home. Was here for 6 months for work and my stay was superb!

I only stayed 2 nights and the hotel charged me for 3. They told me this was due to me not checking out at the front desk. Strange they can’t look for my car since they make you give your license plate number when you book a room. Awful experience. One night key cards did not work and I was l locked out of my room for extended time at 2am because no one was at the front desk. When the person finally showed, he told me to relax it was only 5 minutes. Just awful service and a horrible experience. Also, no where to get food at this place. Hope you brought quarters for a vending machine. Opposite of “Comfort” when staying here.

We couldn't have had a more positive experience here. We'd come back for a family funeral and the hotel worked out SO well for us. Special shout-out to the servers at the breakfast, who could not have been more personable, friendly and helpful!
