Atmosphere was great. Had a few room issues, but Selvi at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He really made our stay better!

I've stayed here twice. It's a pretty decent hotel for the price. The beds aren't the most comfortable, especially having back issues. But the staff was very kind and courteous. And it's a good location for places I need to go. I would stay again.

This Comfort is in a great location as far as food and the freeway. The desk agents were very friendly and helpful as well. You can tell the hotel is a little older and has a few maintenance issues but other than that I had a great stay. I would recommend if you need accommodations in the Birmingham area!

Had a great experience at the hotel. Was in town for trucking business. Sheriffs were having a convention too so tons of officers present. Hotel staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Laviti and Makayla were GREAT! Great showers too! Stayed in room 110

Warning: Do Not Stay Here! I was in town for a new job with a trucking company, and they booked rooms for us at this hotel. On Sunday, April 14, 2024, I checked in. Since I had a rental car and was picking up my truck in town, I left my belongings (except my clothes) in the rental car for security. On Monday the 15th, we had to return the rental cars, so I moved all my equipment and gear into the hotel room. However, on Tuesday, April 16, about 2 hours after leaving for the day, a woman entered the hotel, didn’t speak to anyone, took the elevator, and walked straight to my room. She opened the door with a key! She left empty-handed but returned later, this time with a man. Again, they went straight to my room, opened the door, and left with approximately $1,000 worth of my belongings. All of this was captured on camera in the hallway outside my door. When I reported it to hotel management, they claimed no responsibility for someone entering my room with a key and refused to reimburse me for my losses. It’s clear that someone obtained information about my belongings and a key from somewhere, but the hotel refuses to acknowledge any fault. Police report was filed.

Avoid! Priceline says it's 2.5 star. It's not. It's barely 1. Filthy. Drywall chunks missing from walls. Mismatched floors with loose tiles. Horribly lighting. Door didn't shut all of the way. Breakfast was a joke and not even edible. Priceline won't give refund and neither will hotel. Avoid!!!!!

Think they have mold issues, and room service doesn't respect the do not disturb sign AND they took our towels and never brought back any clean ones.

Stayed 1 night Monday March 4th, 2024. All good until I tried to use the shower at 6 a.m. No hot water! Went to desk and only asked to use a different room for a quick shower, not a refund. Desk clerk offered no apology and said he had to wait for his manager to get there to approve that, another hour. Left dirty for a long days drive. Asked for a manager to call, never happened!
Story gets better! I called and manager told me that several tubs are plumbed incorrectly and hot is cold, cold is hot. If a child gets scalded, someone will own that hotel.!! Had a return visit booked which I cancelled.!! That place will close as fast as the Ocharlies did next door!!
