I stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites El Centro I-8 and had a decent experience overall. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming—definitely the highlight of the stay. The room was a bit outdated, and the water had a noticeable smell, which was a downside. Also, the blinds in the bedroom were a little too short, which made it hard to block out light completely. That said, the price was very reasonable, and the positive attitude of the staff really made the visit enjoyable. With a few updates, this place could be great.

Bobby at Comfort Inns in El Centro is the picture of caring customer service! I was temporarily stranded. He allowed me to sit in the lobby while waiting for my ride and even offered me coffee. I needed a part for my vehicle, and he went online searching for it locally! He found one, too! His sweetness, helpfulness, and good attitude helped me feel safe, better, and passed the time.
If I ever have to get a room anywhere within 100 miles of his hotel, I'm staying here!!!!

My family’s car broke down just past the exit to the Comfort Inn El Centro. I called to see if there was rooms available for us to stay the night so we would have time to figure out a plan to get back home. The manager of the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and made getting there and checked in so simple for us making no more stress. It’s so great to still have nice people in the world. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good too. Thank you so much for being there in our time of need! We are so very grateful!

The staff at this place is second to none. Diana and Bobby make you feel at home right when you walk in the door. I travel for a living and I can stay anywhere I want to and I pick The Comfort Inn over all hotels. Oh yeah and the bartenders at the Phoenix (located onsite) will make you the best drink to end the night.

Vanessa was very accommodating, this is always my place to stay in el centro. I really appreciate the 4am breakfast for those early starts. This is a nice, quiet place to rest.

Cannot say enough good things about my stay at this hotel. Great amenities and really good customer service!! Location is great as well since my favorite burger place in n out is a walk away. Vanessa at the front desk was very helpful!!
