The staff was so polite ,professional and helpful. I had left my credit card at front desk and receptionist called me to return it. The breakfast was delightful.the room was nice and clean and fresh plenty of towels. Over all experience was great would recommend to anyone!

Very nice and we'll taken care of. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the rest of hotel including the pool area. My husband and I Stayed in the King Suite with jetted tub. I was cautious at first about the tub before arrival but it was very well kept. Of course I did a clean of my own before filling but it was above my expectations. We had a issue with our vehicle right before checking out in the parking lot. The staff was more then helpful getting us back on the road.
When the staff don't hesitate to go above the guest expectations it makes for a wonderful stay for the guests traveling. Great customer service. We do plan to stay at this location again and I would recommend it hands down.

I had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn & Suites! The rooms were very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. If you're looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

It took forever to get a room on the phone had to give my information 4 times because, according to the desk clerk, they desperately need to upgrade the computers because it kept locking up on her, then she would have to start over. ||When I got there things went smooth for checking in. I sat on the bed and immediately the sheets came loose from the mattress. I looked and the sheets were not even put on the bed properly. I tried to fix but sheet kept coming off. Which was uncomfortable because would bunch up the mattress pad. Plus there was some old food (or something) stuck to the comfort and that kind of grossed me out. ||However, this was just a stopping point for me for just the night. I’ve stayed there before and didn’t have a problem so maybe just someone who doesn’t know how to make a bed and to check the comforter for food stuck on it. ||Room was otherwise clean. I will stay there again next year. Price is right and it’s convenient to where I go.

Great Stay!!! Really treated this Diamond member like a king . Clean property. A commercial humidifier in the room was definitely a pleasure. Amanda at check in was awesome . Give that hard working women a raise and promotion for sure . Can’t wait to go back again !!

Staff is very helpful and friendly rooms are clean and comfortable. They have a breakfast they serve in the morning for free very nice. I stayed here for a business trip. I do recommend for anyone to give it a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Using the Choice app found this hotel when around an hour away. Due to some negative reviews, we wanted to check out the rooms before booking online. Hubby went inside to check out a room and I rechecked the app only to find the price was now almost $20 .more!! He found the room acceptable but the new cost was greater than we wanted to spend for a short, overnight stay. The clerk, Amanda,Brad no knowledge as to why the price changed on the app, but she went over and above, contacting a manager/owner, and was able to give us the room for the original price from the app.
The room was decent, with a few issues (like a broken safety door lock) and the breakfast was hot with eggs and meat, one thing we look for in a hotel breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for a concert in Moline. Clean, comfortable, and amazing staff! I forgot toothpaste and Amanda at the front desk went out of her way to find me a mini tube, even contacting me via cell phone I listed upon sign in when I didn’t answer the room phone. Would stay again when in the area!
