I was staying at this hotel on business and only saw reviews once I checked in. Most of the criticisms are accurate, and it feels like this property has been neglected for several years. My room had several mismatched wall repairs, king bed seemed to have dips on both sides where someone would sleep, bathroom fan and AC fan were horribly loud, sink looked like someone tried to glue it back onto the wall with caulk which was cracked all the way around, shower was generally dingy looking. Bathroom linens were clean but very old and scratchy. No evidence of bedbugs but wouldn't rule it out. Breakfast was subpar compared to similar stays with the brand - options generally lacking and available items poorly prepared. Several hot items were cold (eggs, sausage, gravy for biscuits), instant eggs were gritty but at least not soggy...staff were not rude but about as hospitable as a DMV clerk. Again, not the worst, but with at least 3 more 3 day stays in the area this year I will not be booking here again.

This hotel is racist. I have video footage of him kicking me and my kids out of the pool in their wet clothes because we were black. He had a blind eye for the others that were not black in the pool, but kick me out, saying I was overcapacitated when I bought two rooms in for people to be in a room and I only have five I would not recommend this hotel to anyone we were done horribly wrong

They are very racist it was 5 little kids in the pool that were blk he said it was ten which was a lie but didn't say nothing to the other guests that was in the pool. Then ask the blk lady to leave. All they do is lie .You pay 95$ for a room and you can't enjoy the pool. They lied and said it's on camera first he said the employee told him that it was 10 kids in the pool she called him a lie in his face it's sad we have to deal with this from all races we are being attacked but we are winning.

Used to be good motel now it seems like more and more can’t get a room here. For your information being a diamond member at choice motels is useless I would stop using choice motels and this comfort inn. Holiday inn may not give you points all the time but at least they will have a room.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was not clean, with an unpleasant odor permeating every hallway on each floor. Fortunately, my room did not have the same smell—if it had, I would not have been able to tolerate staying. However, the cleanliness inside the room was far from acceptable. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels all had visible stains, and I found human hair throughout the room, including on the counters, which indicates that even basic sanitation standards were not met.||The coffee was awful, and given the low level of cleanliness, I didn’t dare try the breakfast. The one saving grace was a hot shower, which allowed me to feel somewhat clean after an uncomfortable night’s sleep in such a dingy environment.||While I understand this isn’t a 4- or 5-star hotel, the ratings led me to expect at least a clean, comfortable space. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations.

Positive: We left, we did not stay at the hotel. We tried 3 different rooms and were grossed out by the standard of cleanliness. Negative: The hotel. We walked in to an aweful stretch. Could not find the front desk worker. Tried 3 different rooms and each room has stains on the sheets and a gross smell in the room.

Nice rooms, quiet ac/heater, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Pool outside wall/windows could use some repairs.

Maintenance seems to be an issue. Our bathtub had a large area (1The scrambled eggs for breakfast were a pasty color with grey lumps. The sausage was served about room temperature. Room service was also an issue. We actually had to go to the front desk and request towels and toilet paper during our four-day stay there.
