Stayed here for 4 weeks and it has got to be the easiest most comfortable stay I’ve had in a while. The entire front staff whether it be noon or midnight will serve you and answer any questions you might have with a beaming smile. If you’re a driver stranded in Romeoville or just someone traveling or even just a local having a stay-cation I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Not to mention the breakfast! They offer turkey sausage on certain days for those whose cultures don’t eat pork or even if you just have an allergy. You can ask the lady if you get up early enough and she’ll make you your own little plate of them if you ask nicely enough!

Nice people, clean place, good location. If you’re looking for a 3 star place to stay this is a good one. The breakfast is as good as places where I’ve paid 3x. The rooms are just fine and VERY clean. There is a strict no smoking on pot rule so the place smells good too. Fast food and gas as well as shopping are near.

I have had a service dog for years due to a neurological disorder. I have NEVER been treated so rudely or poorly at ANY public establishment that I have entered with my service animal. Even at other hotels where I did NOT give them a heads up that I was bringing a service animal. The manager here, Keri Hall actually stalked my husband, me and my dog while off the property, driving in her pick up truck. We had parked on the property but walked off the property to water my dog. This hateful being, drove around in her truck following us. Then, the coward, sent the front desk agent out to watch us AND stop us from entering the hotel. The sad thing is, I had stayed here a year prior (yes, with my service dog) and yes she gave me a difficult time than, but not quite to the degree now. She violated my rights by making me tell her what my dog "Alerts" me to in a lobby full of people. After she asked what tasks he performs, she insisted I describe HOW he performs these tasks. It was insane. I thought I was on Candid Camera. I would not ever recommend that anyone ever stay at this hotel. I am still waiting on a call back from corporate but have already filed a complaint with our local human rights office. AND, it isn't even a nice hotel.

The room lights don’t even work why have them? Their massive $100 hold isn’t even a pre-auth which is illegal, against consumer law, and literally has no reason to exist other than they’re using your money for their own gain over a hold period. Their front desk is trained to tell you you’re wrong. Cannot even cancel the reservation for having something I never agreed to. Terrible will never go here again and wouldn’t have stayed if they wouldn’t be stealing my money for going home.

The room was wonderful, shower was warm and good pressure. Decor of the building was beautiful. Breakfast had delicious omlettes and yummy muffins
. Food was fresh. The hash brown could of been a little warmer. Room 206 was very good. Update this hotel went above and beyond for us we were not in good place due to our company but they helped us by allowing us to stay the night our company paid for even though we had to check out due to miscommunication but they allowed my fiancee to sleep in the car on property with our dog and myself in the room but we are so thankful to this hotel. We could not recommend enough. We do wish it was pet friendly because this comfort inn has been the best we have ever stayed at.

I have stayed at the comfort inn a couple times .It has everything I'm looking for in a hotel from the pool,free breakfast and best affordable price.My only issue is the deposit is high.but the staff and rooms were awesome.Felt comfortable and relaxed.I would recommend everyone go there if asked.

Great hotel.friendly service very clean and they have such a nice dining area with a large variety of breakfast foods both hot and cold.beds are extremely comfortable .im definitely happy we are staying here
