Paid for a 2 bedroom and was only given a 1 bed. Had to go ask to change our room which they did but not the friendliest staff.
Room was nice but the beds were so bad, mattress were really hard literally felt we were sleeping on the floor.
If you want a good nights’ rest these beds are not even decent.

If you're looking for good customer service, I do not recommend staying here. This is definitely not the expectation of what Holiday Inn's Customer Service is. When we arrived at the hotel, the sliding glass doors were locked. There was no one at the front desk to let us in. I had to use the side door to enter the hotel, then I had to ring a bell for service and I waited about five minutes for someone who spoke minimal English to assist me. I informed the check-in rep that I had prepaid for my hotel room and he didn't understand what I was saying so he charged me for one night again. I explained to him and showed him that I had pre-paid for my room but he didn't understand English so I let it go. When I was trying to check out, there was no one at the front desk again so I had to ring the bell and wait another five minutes or so. The check-out rep didn't want to give me a receipt so I had to ask for one and then I disputed the room charge fee again. The rep by the name of "Ray" said I would receive a refund in 3 business days but when I checked my credit card, they still charged me so now I have to dispute the room charges with the credit card company. Be careful if you choose to stay at this hotel as you may be charged twice. Last but not least, lock your vehicle and don't leave anything in your car. There are homeless people walking around and we didn't feel safe with our children at the hotel.

Nicer than what I expected, the check-in staff was friendly, the hardwood floors were a plus. The breakfast could’ve been better and had more options was a decent location.

Among the two closest motels to Gilroy Premium Outlet, I opted for Comfort Inn Gilroy and am delighted with my decision. The hotel's exterior exudes comfort and warmth. The room's modern design and cleanliness are impressive, with added conveniences like a microwave and coffee maker. Guests can also utilize an ice maker, washer, and dryer near the lobby. Breakfast consists of cooked food and bagels, breads, oats and waffles. Parking is free and readily available.

Rooms were rarely cleaned in a 4 day stay. We also rarely saw staff. Only one tiny trash can and sheets never changed
