Clean but outdated. We were Choice members and didn't even get one complimentary water bottle . The room had a leak in the wall with carpet on one side of the roam soaked wet. Stayed for one night so just checked out early

Positive: Location. Bed was comfortable and bed linens were nice. Negative: Sports teams staying there. A little noisy. I saw a bug on the wall in the breakfast area. It went behind the Picture Frame. Power went out in our room just as we were trying to get out things together to check out

Rooms were clean and staff were polite and professional. The pool is only 82 degrees and they cannot make it warmer. We are locals that have a pool but wanted the grandkids to have a fun swim night. It was too cold for adults to withstand. Kids still swim for a bit. This is not a true heated pool and I called precious to booking to ask if it was heated- they should be truthful. We rented two rooms - breakfast was your typical hot continental- was good.

Room and breakfast was great! Comfortable beds. However our bathroom was disgusting. Whoever had “cleaned” did an awful job. The shower glass was covered with soap scum, the shower floor felt dirty (and looked it too!), and there was hair stuck to the wall in the shower. It honestly looked and felt like the shower hadn’t been cleaned in at least 1 month. Absolutely disgusting…get better housekeepers.

Stopped by for one night after our late flight. Appreciated that we could check in at 1AM. The bed and pillows were lovely to sleep on, the towels were plush and everything felt clean. Breakfast was quite a spread in the morning I was really impressed and would definitely stay here again in the future. Upon leaving there is a wonderful little view looking towards STL as well

It was pretty good the one thing I would look out for is the pool idk if it is chlorinated or just not cleaned because it looks like algae was growing on the side besides that I think it was very good the rooms were clean the breakfast waffles
Were amazing and the service was so helpful and nice. They clean tables after eating. The showers were amazing. Overall 5 starts without the pool

My initial room had bugs crawling on the walls! See attached pictures. They switched me to another room but said they couldn't guarantee there would be not be any more bugs. I unfortunately didn't have much of a choice but to spend one night. The staff seem unprofessional in that they leave doors open, amd chat between themselves in front of guests. Poor cleaning products leave scuff marks on the shower basin. The one staff member said the franchisee owns half of Edwardsville. He obviously isn't investing money into this hotel. Maybe others but from what I've experienced I would highly doubt it.

Great spot and quiet. Rooms were clean, the hotel is updated, and the breakfast they serve was great for a complimentary breakfast. A tad pricey stay but we'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in the area.
