Good experience for a short staying and for a very good price.
Great location if you have a flight to catch at O’hare, and they offer free shuttles to the airport.
Room was decent, clean and well equipped. All the amenities were working fine. TV with a bunch of different channels, minibar, safe, tea and coffee maker. Good shower, comfortable bed.
They have a vending machine, and breakfast was okay.
Service not so great. There was a language barrier with the employee that did my check in, but he was polite. Check out employee was much better, and she was also friendly and polite. Shuttle employee was lazy, I had to come inside the shuttle to ask him to open the back door so I could put my luggage inside. He did so, but didn’t help me to lift them. He drove well and to my terminal, where he dropped my bags out, while I was renting a luggage cart at the entrance, but left them on the street instead of carrying them on to the sidewalk. So even though the shuttle was free, I would not bother to pay a small fee for a better service.
In general, I would still comeback and recommend due to the location and to the convenience of being so close to the airport and not being too pricey.

The hotel is a little shabby and in need of upgrades. The front desk staff were less than helpful when I called for the airport shuttle. When told I would have to go to another terminal entrance on a cold night after 10:30 pm, I opted to take a taxi driven by man who couldn't find hotel. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

While my stay at this hotel started off fine, it was completely overshadowed by an appalling encounter with a hotel shuttle driver on February 27, 2025. As an Asian American woman, I was horrified by the blatant racism I faced during my departure.||||At 6:30 AM, I politely asked the shuttle driver for assistance with my luggage. He refused. At first, I thought it might be an isolated incident, but I then watched him assist two white passengers without hesitation. When I confronted him, asking why I was being treated differently, he laughed in my face||||Things only got worse from there. Despite other passengers kindly informing the driver of my airline (United), he dropped me off at the wrong terminal (Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 1). This added unnecessary stress and made me feel unsafe and ignored.||||Sadly, it seems this hotel's shuttle drivers have a history of such behavior and bad customer service. I’ve come across reports of similar incidents at other locations within this chain, suggesting that the hotel has not taken serious action to address these issues. I tried to report the incident to corporate customer service, but the agent didn’t even ask for my account details until I prompted them, and when I inquired about any follow-up actions, I was told they couldn’t make outbound calls. This level of customer service is unacceptable.||||I strongly advise against booking this hotel. If you value respect, dignity, and your safety, this is not the place for you. I will be sharing my experience on social media and contacting Icelandair, as this was a hotel partnership with them, to ensure they are aware of this unacceptable behavior. I encourage others to avoid staying here

The condition of the room and several other aspects of my stay were far below the standards I expect from a reputable hotel. Hallway carpet are dirty and stained.
Upon arriving at our assigned room, we were immediately met with a room that was not clean. The carpet was stained, there were hairs in the bed. Also the room had a strong and unpleasant chemical odor. This chemical smell, made my wife and I feel nauseated. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, we were forced to request a different room.
Beyond the room itself, we also encountered problems with the parking lot that was consistently full. Breakfast was blend and never changed up. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Put more accurate pictures to show that it's dated and gross. Room looked like it may have been smoked in and they tried to cover it with paint. Front entrance was dated. Elevator floor was uneven when you step off and it was dirty. Remote didnt work and room was dusty. Carpets are gross and toilet barely flushed. Only thing nice was the front counter staff. Worse Choice hotel I have ever stayed at.

I stayed at this hotel for business last night, and it was a great stay. Thank you for the upgrade to the queen suite!The staff was friendly and helpful with my needs. It is only 10 minutes from the airport, the hot breakfast was amazing(strawberry waffles, yummy! The rooms are exceptionally clean for the most part, but my only complaint is the white stains all over the sofa. Just nasty, do better with this.

Worst customer service ever. I called to request a shuttle pickup from the airport, and the hotel agent assured me it would arrive in 20 minutes. After waiting the full 20 minutes with no sign of the shuttle, I called again, only to be told it would be another 20 minutes. An hour passed, and the shuttle never arrived. Every time I called, I was given vague excuses like "it's coming" or "it's on the way." The staff was unprofessional, careless, and completely unreliable. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable—I would not recommend this hotel to anyone relying on their transportation or customer services.

Excellent service. We did the park sleep fly before we cut the shuttle at 4:00 a.m. for the airport to Mexico 🙂 it was a short night for us but they were reliable and we were very very grateful for the affordable package.
