They lady in was nice and tried to help me with my only issue, which was one of the bed smelled like DEATH. I have never smelled such a foul smell before, and they couldn't change the sheet by the time the room service left for the day. The smell was very distracting for $250 I was disappointed

Very clean and quiet. It's right off the freeway and easily accessible to surrounding businesses. The front staff was friendly. I'd stay again.

We made 3might reservations here. The room looks decent, pretty bed. But the “blanket” is merely a strip! Literally that’s it. When I asked the front desk for a blanket or extra or whatever these were I was told no extras! Wow! We are here for a funeral, renting 2 rooms 7 people. Lots of cars that pull in for few minutes then leave. Weird. There’s a decent pool. However closes 9pm.

Excellent facility with pool, excellent room with everything I needed including coffee maker (necessary), microwave & mini fridge, excellent staff throughout my stay from desk staff to room staff and kitchen staff. Room was immaculate. Food and morning buffet was excellent. Price was reasonable. The people were friendly, professional and thorough. I will definitely be staying there whenever I visit my family in Castro Valley, CA.

This place is my new heart beat! I'm new to the area and I stayed here initially for 5 days and had to extend unexpectedly due to my place not being ready as expected. They not only accommodated me with my luggage while at work, they serviced me in the best possible way for being a loyal customer and for that I am grateful! Oh yea, and the cookies at the front desk are delicious and to die for! I will stay here again and for now on while in the area!
