Hotel has what seems like nice new flooring, but drapes were dirty and furniture was old stained and rusted. Not sure what was going on with the bath tub, but it was not something I wanted to use.

Work trip. Driving home wee hours of the morning, very tired. Decided to drive until I couldn't stop seeing double.

Stopped here. Easy to access off highway. Lady and male at front desk. I think she was training him. She was extremely considerate and read my situation pretty well without us speaking, guiding him appropriately.

Room was good, what I needed and cost effective. I like the comfort inns. Usually good people and functions you need are there.

I stayed in a room that was not up to date and they placed dirty sheets on the bed (pictures to show). I asked several times if I could leave and get money back I was told no. A worker at the front dest name Mallory was rude and not customer friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing less than horrific. The bathroom was not adequately cleaned. There were no latch on the hotel door and the desk clerk used her key to enter into our room without our authorization at 5 am while our family was sleeping. She stated that she needed my husband's driver's license and would return it after she had made a copy. She then gave the driver's license to a random man in the hotel lobby. When we asked to whom she gave the license, she stated that she "isn't allowed to give out that information." She was unapologetic and belligerent when we confronted her about the blatant violation of our privacy and information. To make matters worse, our tire was slashed in the parking lot while we slept by the man who took our license! We've made multiple attempts to reach out to management and have been ignored. I'm appalled by the lack of customer services and basic human decency from the staff. Never will I stay at a choice hotel again!

WORST PLACE EVER, Racist Overnight Clerk. I Had A Room There For The Weekend No Problems On Friday Night But On Saturday Night She Calls The Police On A Whole Other Room NOT AFFILIATED WITH ME And Tells The Police She Want Me Gone And After That Put A Trespass On Me. Don’t Book There Don’t Stay There. I Am A Choice Privilege Member And I Don’t Recommend Them For My Dog In The Yard.

Worst hotel ever!!! Rooms are nasty, smell bad, and the refrigerator wasn't working and it had brown stains in it
My daugther n I left immediately, tried to get a refund got a cancellation number, the lady at the front desk told me to call management the next day, of course like any bad manger would do, she did not want to give me my refund back.
My daugther n I was at that hotel 10mins and left, I have pictures and video of the time we were there and the time we left. Glad I have proof because the rude manager going to lie an say I was there until midnight. I must know damn magic, I don't know how I got to TN at 8pm..if I was still at a damn hotel at 12am in AL.
DO NOT STAY HERE. U WILL BE VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
Only good thing about this hotel is the front desk person Andrea, she was super nice.

The hotel location is good; lots of restaurants nearby. The property appears to be going through a renovation maybe because the hall carpet looked new but the room carpet was quite worn. There was a white powder residue on the hair dryer, the desk chair, and all around the edge if the rom. You could see they vacuumed to the side table at the couch but didn't move it and there was powder all under it and on the base. The blackout curtains did not meet at the bottom so we had to follow up a towel and put it in the window to block the light. The staff were nice but short and curt, not really engaging. Overall, I would stay one night again, but not an extended stay.
