I freaking LOVE this place. They have flavored tobacco. Cheap gas. So I always win even if I lose. No but I love the atmosphere, the people make that place a really special place. But they have that mo mummy game which I absolutely cannot walk away from. I love that they have an open drink area.

Very nice and clean. Small but not so busy. Nice that there are free drinks. I will definitely come back to play BINGO. It looked really popular. Wish it was closer than an hour and half.

My wife myself and my girlfriend always go to casinos whether we play online or physically go I haven't been to cache Creek in a while but I can verify that out of all the other ones in Northern California colusa although being smaller is one of the best actually I take that back is the best casino as far as winning customer service cleanliness everything I absolutely love this place even though it's an hour and 20 minutes from my house it's worth every bit of the drive to go Red hawk and thunder valley are about 20 minutes from my house and you couldn't pay me to go to those places ever again they literally rob you so if you're in the market to go play a casino definitely check out colusa casino I promise you you will not be unsatisfied

Herb shop only Got a cart. But one get one half off. . so two 1g for 25 each 37.50 without tax. I got a 1 g that tasted like bathroom fragrance and a .5 g rosin for 57$ out the door. Wtf bud tender. I'm not going all Karen on you but at least hit the price points and product I asked for.

Horrible buffet if you want to call it that. I have better continental breakfast at hotels. Not family friendly. Way overly priced for what they offer. Don’t waste your time and money not worth it. Nothing like the old buffet that they used to have. If looking for a good buffet head to feather falls casino.

UPDATE: The customer service is horrible if you need to reach GUEST SERVICES BY PHONE because it is NONEXISTENT. I have screenshots of letting their phone ring for more than 10 minutes and STILL no one answered... EVER. I called back, pressed the option for the hotel because they've always answered immediately, who then transferred me to the guest services manager so I could relay my dissatisfaction and guess what?!!! All I got was her voicemail because she, too, has never once answered the phone the many times I've called. Months later she still has NEVER returned my voicemails! If not answering the phone is what is considered acceptable for the guest services manager, then apparently, it's acceptable for all guest service employees. Maybe I'm mistaken but doesn't guest services mean to service the needs of the guests? Because when they're not answering phone calls I can promise you they are NOT helping guests with their needs. And twice when asking a simple question at guest services in person, twice I've been answered with a snide remark that conveyed they were in no way interested in working to resolve my issue, and both times they did exactly that, never resolved my issues or answered my questions. So I made it clear I'm most likely going to just take my money to Red Hawk casino.

We love this place. Friendly staff, great location, fun place to play! Dinner is great, plenty to eat at a very reasonable price. We'll be back again and again!
