NEVER AGAIN! Wednesday night, two of my close friends and I decided to go out to eat at the city restaurant. We were so excited ,our server introduced herself as Bonnie and from that moment on it was a true nightmare! This Woman was clearly intoxicated. We knew this first because she ricked of booze And secondly, slurring of her words And thirdly because she couldn’t remember a damn thing. She took our order, then came back 15 minutes later introduced herself and tried to take our order again. We literally had to remind her that she already had. When it came time for our food to be delivered, she almost dropped a plate but luckily caught it unfortunately she knocked over a drink that went straight into my lap. You would think that she would run and grab a towel but nope, Thankfully, the other server did right away. We Sat there for 10 minutes and decided to get our food boxed up, we waited we waited and we waited some more. Our server was nowhere to be found We literally waited 45 minutes !!!! finally She reappeared at which point it was very clear that she had no idea how long she had been gone for . We then got asked do you guys want boxes? We had boxes already they were right in-front of her!I said no just bring me the check. Since i Have worked in food service myself I had never seen anything this bad and this was the first time I decided not to leave a tip. This grown woman was so drunk and extremely unprofessional.I left there irritated, Disappointed and fatigued. I asked the Other server, if I can talk to the manager and quickly found out that there was no manager on site. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a server. she had the worst attitude after receiving the checkbook and seeing that there was no tip left. She was rude, Incompetent and Should not be serving the public! We will never go back and sadly I don’t think this was just a bad night because on our way out we saw her sitting at the bar taking Shots, talking loudly about us and how much she hates working there. It was a bad experience for us. We really just wanted to have a nice evening out.

We've eaten at the Columbia hotel restaurant numerous times. Under new management since we were here last, they did not disappoint! I love when a server can take the orders without writing anything down! The fried Brussel sprouts appetizer was ADDICTIVE!! We also had a flatbread with prosciutto, apples and other yummy toppings that was light and delicious. The rest of the food was fantastic. (The chicken on the Caeser salad was bland, minimally seasoned and in rather large strips BUT the salad was very fresh with large pieces of anchovy to offset the chicken.)
The icing on the cake was the live music, which is always a delight, and the hostess that made sure everyone had a hat and noisemaker to ring in the new year. The new year was celebrated every hour because it was new years somewhere. 🙂
The food and atmosphere combined made it a fantastic and festive evening!

Had a GREAT dinner here Saturday night. Food was delicious and served in large portions! We ordered three appetizers and were too full for our entrée. Fried Brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had short rib fries came with a ridiculously large amount of meat on them wonderful service by Nick who was super attentive while also attending to a party of 25 and the other room. Will definitely be back again.

Worst place I’ve ever been. One waitress sounded like she was sick and was saying how she overdid it on vacation. The other one seemed to be on drugs. Kept talking nonstop to the table next to us. She was rambling about her personal life, seemed to be sluring her words and randomly switching topics. I had to interrupt her to ask if someone could take our order because she literally would not even look at us for like 10 minutes. When she did finally help us, she started giving us her life story, eyes looked glazed, kept spilling the drinks when she tried to give us refills. She comes back 15 minutes later and says the order didn’t go thru so she writes it down this time and we have to wait even longer. I’m thinking she just forgot what we ordered because even if it didn’t go thru the first time, she could have just verbally given our order to the cook. It was a simple, small order. When it comes food is ok. But this waitress kept coming over to our table and the one next to us and rambling. We had to interrupt her again to ask for the check, she was going on for like 15 minutes to the table next to us about her home life. I was like wth, you have other customers sitting here waiting for you. Nobody else helping customers even though there were other workers there. The other customers in the place were pretty much ignored. It was very weird and unprofessional. Never coming back. Worst part is my mother is now sick after eating there and we can’t help but wonder if she got it from the waitress who sounded sick, or if they did something to our food in retaliation for us asking to be waited on.

Enjoyed a lunch with friends. Had the mozzarella sticks and it surprised me on their size...very tasty for a hunk of cheese. The burger was awesome and well made. Was definitely a $20 burger. Only complaint was the bacon was a glazed bacon that was flamed on the grill and would have been better if not so charred. The clam chowder was a great start.
