I liked my nails and eyebrows and I would like to go back again. Too bad I didn't get their names that did the work. But when I left there I felt pretty and satisfied with my service.

First time i went, Jade did my nails phenomenal! I went and got a fill by someone else and she flooded the cuticles, the nails were lifting by day 4, and overall just poor work! After calling to reconcile, they asked me to come in…. I did for them to tell me they see nothing wrong, lifting is ok, and they won’t fix… WONT BE BACK! $61 for a french tip fill that didn’t even last a week!

NOT TO MENTION, this place is unsanitary… just looking around, you’ll see all the unsanitary things just laying around.

Got my nails done on a Saturday. This establishment is by far the worst experience I have ever had when getting my nails done. The gentleman/owner rushed through my nails. Also didn’t know what he was doing. I asked for aura green nails and he gave me something I didn’t ask for. He also cut my cuticle and tried to say it’s a hangnail. I still can’t believe I gave him the benefit of doubt. I should have walked out looking at all the health code violations that are in this place. Shops like this love the black dollar but don’t value its clientele. Crazy I found this place on Tik Tok! I would never come back or recommend anyone to come here

Usually I go too one person in there for lash and eyebrows but she was not there when I went in there this last time I have been going there for years this was my first time having some else do them and they were horrible my lashes came off not even a hour later. While I was there I constantly told him I didn’t like them and that they were not on right he ignored me and didn’t do anything so I went too the owner and asked if he could tell the man that did my lash too fix them and he had stated that he had already left and proceeded too ask one of his staff too help me she was very nice but still didnt fix them how they should be done and I left for not even a hour later for them too be gone.

Do not go here! I got a no chip manicure yesterday and my polish had come off every nail in less than 24 hours. The girl who did my eyebrows also burnt me with the wax and now I have a burn over my eye. They tried to charge me $10 extra dollars for my service after already being told one price. DO NOT GO HERE

Been coming here since my college days when they were on 95th and Halsted. I don’t get my nail services here often but there’s no one that can compare when it comes to their brow services! Tina(one of the owners) was my original fav but I now go to B and I loooove her so much! If she isn’t available I will go to Tina’s mother, she’s amazing as well! I do not get the tint I get regular all the time!

Yesterday Dana rushed my pedicure. Played her music and laughed and spoke with the other nail tech while poorly providing my services. Cold water for my manicure. I asked her how often I should come for manicures but she didn’t understand English and the nail tech next to her answered me. So I pay $70 plus $5 tip she didn’t deserve. Especially when “they” don’t believe in giving tips. So now I go and sit in the disarrayed chair area to wait for Tina to do my eyebrows . She had two before me then when it was my turn next she came to me to act concerned and understand what services I was seeking then agreed to do them but after she performed services on a “familiar “ client. I sat there to see because I didn’t understand then she told her plenty people had been coming in that she referred to her. I got up looking at her nodded my head, dusted my feet off and I’ll never return
