Great little place. Had all the amenities you could ask for, washer, dryer, dishes, etc. All of your need are met. Amazing view, and great communication from the host. Cute little place right in the heart of town 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and do again! Cannot wait to get to Alaska again..!

This was a great surprise staying in Palmer a cute little place. My son loved it had and blast. It was cozy. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. We will absolutely be staying there again as we go up once or twice every year to see my dad

I travel to Palmer for work a couple times a year and I only stay at Colony Suites because nothing beats them! They are within walking distance to coffee, the bookstore, and a few different places to eat, which is also awesome.
As someone that travels all over the country for work, being able to stay somewhere that feels more like a home and less a hotel is something that can’t be beat. The place is always spotless, the furniture is all comfortable, and they’ve thought of little things to make it feel like home, such as coffee, plenty of creamers for coffee, salt & pepper, oil for cooking and herbs. They’ve even gone as far as having washers and dryers in all the units and they provide laundry soap and dryer sheets!
I can’t stress enough how great Colony Suites is.

My family’s stay was incredible. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating when needed, the house was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and supplied with everything to make our stay feel like we were home. Me and my family will be repeat customers for sure!

I don't stay at rentals much but my wife does. She says it's the best rental she has ever had. Beds were amazing and comfortable. The tub was big. The owners thought of everything. We cooked a Christmas dinner and they had everything to accommodate. We loved it there. Will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10 we do recommend.
