We stopped here for the night before heading into Yellowstone the next morning. Perfect place to relax after two days of traveling. We rented a deluxe cabin. Large living room/ kitchen area with a sleeper sofa. Separate bedroom with the bathroom. Upstairs was a loft area with two twin beds. The ladder and upstairs sleeping area worked fine for two teenagers but may not be good for small children. The pool area was very nice. Very large general store. We had Tossers Pizza delivered to the campground. They were very prompt and the pizza was good. For breakfast we had the free pancake breakfast. Great way to start the day.

Loved the amenities for kids...even with the rain! We stayed on a rainy Cody day and the kids still had fun in the warm pool and hot tub. They even used the bouncy pillow. The pancake breakfast was a nice touch! The showers were easy to access and not crowded at 7am when I tried. They weren't spotless but then again they are communal and were cleaner than my dorm showers in college. We had the teepee and it was enough space for a family of 5. It also had a heater which was great!

Great campground, not many trees where we were, but I did see plenty of plantings. We were only one night so it may have influenced out placement. Bathroom's clean and a much appreciated shower after a few days of boondocking.

This was a fantastic KOA home base for our nights in Cody, WY. The gravel, full hookup sites are very close together but had what we need and were plenty long.
They serve free pancakes for breakfast (other items available for purchase). The pools and hot tub were some of the cleanest and best maintained weโ€™ve experienced while camping. There is a shallow kiddie pool, hot tub and deeper pool that got to 5ft.
They also offer a free shuttle bus to the rodeo. Sign up on the morning of your rodeo outing.
The game room kept everyone entertained when it was too cool to swim in the evening.
They have one of the best stores for any KOA weโ€™ve visited. Great selection and pricing. This is the spot to get your Yellowstone shirt and sticker.
We would definitely return to this campground and were sad to leave.

My family and I stay at the Cody KOA every time we visit the area. The location is far enough away from the downtown traffic but not so far that it is inconvienent. The facilities are clean and well-kept. There are plenty of things for kids to do (pool, jumping pillow, playground, outdoor games, family room). Even when the campground is packed, it is relatively quiet and safe. My family and I love the pancake breakfast, too. The gift shop is also a little gem- not the same stuff you find in the tourist shops around town. The staff is a great group of people, very friendly and helpful.

Nice KOA with many amenities for adults and kids alike. I would definitely stay here again. Sites are gravel and mostly level. Water pressure was good. I had a pull through site that was extremely long. It had room for my truck and fifth wheel and much more room to spare.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice and kid friendly this was. Lots of nice activities for the whole family like outside bowling, Cornhole, giant chess and battleship, and a nice basketball court and playground, and of course a nice pool and hot tub. Lots of dog friendly spots with plastic bags and garbages. The gift shop was well stocked with a lot of neat gifts and souvenirs. The best part was a free pancake breakfast every day! Very good pancakes with some other breakfast items available for a small fee. The staff was friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for? The only thing that would improve it was more shade trees across the whole park. The West side had trees, unfortunately our spot didn't.
