I ordered 6 items and only 3 were done. After waiting almost an hour, I asked Minerva if my orders were almost ready, and turns out that they weren't even started because they were forgotten!! Supposedly they were very busy so they forgot about it. How could they be so busy when it was only my party and a couple!!!? It was a terrible service for my party and I!! Hopefully they hire new staff or retrain everyone! >.<

It's nice for a cool treat. Would of liked the old fashioned natural homemade raspado flavors but I dont think anyone makes those anymore.Still kids enjoyed their treat
