One of the things I love about Clure Brothers Furniture store is the friendly sales people who never pressure you and just let you browse without trying to invade your space while shopping. Chris was so helpful and easy to communicate with, he seemed like family. I love the fast delivery time after a purchase, ( which is free by the way) one day and my new stuff was in my living room and my old furniture they hauled away for free! The two delivery guys were very polite, friendly and hardworking. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience.

Clure Brother's showroom is attractive, neat and clean. The sales staff is very accommodating whether you want to simply browse, or be shown specific pieces or combine pieces for a look that is perfect for your space. The sales staff is aways available if you need help but they are never pushy. They are kind and happy to help.

Clure Brothers has beautiful furniture that they can and will sell you however that is where it stops. You pay thousands of dollars for a unique hand made piece, wait months and then when it comes in they claim they don't have the ability to deliver it. Their customer service is great until you have an issue then they just don't care. STAY AWAY FROM CLURE BROTHERS! BEWARE!!! they will sell you a beautiful set of furniture but then can't deliver it because they don't have reliable trucks. GO RENT A U HAUL!!!! Your problems should not be placed on the customers who have paid a lot of money and waited a long time for their furniture! Update- The owner did call and apologized for her staff and the way it was handled. The furniture was beautiful despite the unfortunate situation.
