I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort. The rooms were nicely appointed with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The lobby is a stark contrast to the outside of the building. The lobby is beautiful and makes you feel like you stepped into another realm. The fitness center was small but available. Washers and dryers were available. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to friends and family.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel!

The rate was affordable, and the room was very spacious. We had a corner suite on the 2nd floor with a bedroom and separate living room with small dining table and kitchenette including fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. All the utensils were included making it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals in our suite. Because it was a corner unit, there were windows on two walls, allowing for a lot of natural light. The suite looked like it had been recently refurbished. Everything was in great condition and very clean. The pull-out sofa bed was very comfortable, both as a sofa and bed. The water pressure and temperature in the sink and shower were great.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They sent up a bottle of wine and some nice snacks for my birthday which was an unexpected surprise. The hotel is in easy walking distance to several restaurants, public transportation, and small grocery stores. Walking around the neighborhood at night felt safe.

The hotel made our entire stay very enjoyable. We will absolutely stay here again and are already planning our next trip.

Friendly and helpful staff. The 1 bedroom units are spacious and have a mini kitchen. The hotel offers many amenities and the location is perfect for our visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Club Wyndham Canterbury in San Francisco. The nostalgic building is decorated beautifully. The staff from check in to concierge to door man to support staff were all super friendly, helpful and caring. The concierge desk offered plenty of information regarding the city, made suggestions for dinner and site seeing. They even made a call to make reservations to a restaurant we specifically wanted. My wife's birthday was made even more special with the hand written birthday card from the staff and sparkling bottle sent up to the room. Located centrally in the city, getting around was simple. I would recommend the Canterbury to anyone visiting San Francisco and would definitely book here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Club Wyndham. Unfortunately we were stuck in a room with a queen size bed which is normally a little less room than we like. Both of us are very fit, so it's not like we're a couple of whales and need a large space we just like to spread out. 😂
Put the location is great You're surrounded by tons of food options, easy access to the trolleys, cable cars, bus system, subway And of course you can walk for hours and never get bored. I love the fact that they had fresh coffee in the morning and hosted events for the guests. Staff was super helpful and very friendly.

Wi-Fi is very slow don’t work here, but the room is pretty big and good service and they have lemon water downstairs during the day. They have a coffee during the morning. They also have a decent gym and a game room featuring pool table. Great location. Beds are comfortable , very quiet room. They also have a pull out couch bed. No daily room cleaning. Timeshare sales people can be kind of annoying.

11/24/2024 We love this place! One of the best we’ve been ! Our hotel stay made me and my family feel valued due to the warmth hospitality of the staff starting with Amor ( front desk) . Their ad-on kitchen is the best ! We love the elegant color of the room , the style , painting and everything! This is beyond 5 stars!

Recently stayed at the Canterbury Hotel, as I had several appointments in San Francisco withing walking distance of the hotel.

The one bed room suite was spacious and highly comfortable. Complete kitchen fully furnished with appliances and dishwear. The room was lovely, and far more spacious and comfortable than other places I've stayed in the City.

The staff were quite curtious and friendly.

I would definitely stay at the Canterbury Hotel again!
