You know the wax treatment that you get during pedicures where most places pour hot wax into a bag that your feet go into and then the wax cools around your feet and softens them? Yeah well here they take the “crock pot” or whatever the wax heater container is that’s full of melted wax, and they dip EVERYONES FEET DIRECTLY INTO THE MELTED HOT WAX CONTAINER!!! Everyone’s feet go into the SAME WAX LIKE EWWWWW WHY 😭 I can’t even imagine the number of health code violations this would be if they were caught. Also - I went in to get my acrylics removed, and I left bleeding on 2 separate fingers where she literally look a chunk out of my skin around my cuticles because she was working so rushed and fast to get my manicure done.

Absolutely disgusting practice with the wax and horrible service for my soak off. She also went and did a kids pedicure while I was getting my soak off done, and left me with my hands in acetone for 25 minutes without coming to remove the top most layer of my acrylic nails - they shouldn’t leave people soaking in acetone so long at once before removing the top layer that’s softened.

I’ll never come here again, and I’ll definitely be spreading the word about their practices that I observed during my service. Go at your own peril!

I have been going to Clovis Nail sine they opened. I have never had a bad experience. They keep the place very clean and all the girls are great.

I wanted to like it so bad but they did a inadequate job. They filed my nail so hard and aggressively that it started bleeding and kinda brushed it off I Hope I don’t get an infection. Not to mention the design on my nail is okay but not perfect they definitely do more simple designs. Also had paint left on my hands and on top of that I got my toes done and some of them were cut crooked and barely trimmed. They charged me $109 for it but I only had $100 in cash but I just left either way as compensation for the service being poor. I should’ve gotten a discount anyways for being cut. Overall nice people it just felt rushed

Excellent service. My sisters and I came in same day for mani pedi’s, and they got us in right away. My gel manicure came out okay. Since the gel was placed on my cuticle it started to chip within the next couple days. They didn’t last more than a week unfortunately. Gel Pedicure is still going strong!

Omg I love get my little pedicure from here. They seem to be going up on there prices so I don’t make it in as much but I just love the way my feet look and feel every time I do stop by. Customer service is wonderful and they are in no rush so they take there time helping you to just relax. The massage after the pedi is just to die for I usually ask her to go on for another 10 min because yes it is that good. I’d definitely recommend if your in the area.

I've been getting my nails done here for the past few years. Lena always does a great job on my toes! I love that they always have a movie playing for the customers, while the nail techs are working on customers. Super friendly staff and in my experience, they care about the work they do.

Horrible experience. They cut up my nails then continued to put acetone over the cuts. The gel wasn’t even done properly. They skipped steps and when I asked about it the said they’ll do it after my nails dry. Then when they did it after the water was too hot and it burned me and she scrubbed my feet super fast and put the oil on after. Please don’t waste your money here.
