First time here. AMAZING!! The owner did everything I asked for and paid attention to my needs. The massage chair is incredible!! So very clean and so relaxing!! Highly recommend Cloud 9!!! I will be back!!!!

My sister and I got our nails done and paid $120 for a refill which I think is a little expansive. Also I think it was too much because I paid $120 for poorly done nails they guy didn't let my polish dry all the way and he messed up the shape on my nails and they didn't look the best and so I had to fix them myself and the guy I had just rushed and my nails didn't turn out good and I feel like I just got ripped off. Wouldn't recommend.

My wife and I love to go there for our “couples” pedicures. Enjoy a little massage…some paraffin wax and a nice glass of wine.

Nice and clean atmosphere. Great service. I was a walk in on a weekday and had about a 30 minute wait, but I didn’t mind. The nail techs were very friendly. I would return here again and I recommend this nail salon if you’re in the area.

I don't know how to feel about this place. Booked an appointment only to get there and be told they don't have anyone trained in doing acrylics. I settled with Gel and as she was filing my nails she asked 'Do you want them even?' What an odd question. The design (spider web) was kind of sloppy. Thick and thin inconsistent lines, seemed rushed. Kind of pricey for what I got but the quality was there.

I was at the salon today for a pedicure. The man cut my toe. He also cut two nails very short. It took a long time for the bleeding to stop. My foot looks horrible! They didn't even give me a discount!!! I won't be going back.
