This was a nice place to stay. It is situated in the heart of Eureka Springs. The driveway is not one that you can traverse easily in winter if you are parking in #6 & #7.
This is a self-check-in and out process which is nice.
We were hear 04/20-4/22 and were able to eat at Emigo's, Emilio's and Carmen's Taco's and enjoyed them as much as possible.
The Breakfast menu wasn't reliable from our perspective and didn't matchup with the days and numbers. But it was nice not to have to worry about where to eat. The only thing I wish is that the breakfast could have come an hour earlier. I would have like to start my day sooner. But I know most people don't want to get up early on their vacation.
On Monday my wife and I walked most of the historic town and it was nice.
Our most enjoyable time is the beautiful views as you are driving through the mountains. We will be bringing our kids for a quick trip later this year so they can enjoy the natural scene along with a visit to Bentonville.

My wife and I stayed at the Collette suite. We loved it. The location was terrific - just a few steps from Main Street. The breakfast was delicious. That Mexican breakfast casserole dish the first day was awesome. My wife loved all the fruit on the second day. The suite was clean, comfortable, and we decorated. We would definitely return. The only thing (which didn't bother us) was the steep steps going up to the room. If you have problem with your knees, I would still come but ask for a different room. Thanks to Justin for the great stay. God bless.

What a fabulous stay experience! So nice, the bed was amazing, the best, they have thought of everything for comfort. Everywhere you look.. there are thoughtful touches. A sumptuous breakfast every morning and perfect location to downtown.. the new keyless locking system works flawlessly. Highly Recommended! Can't wait to return!

It's very relaxing peaceful, cert clean and comfortable. It's as close to town and you amcab be , price was good was lower than I thought it would be. We will stay again and try a different room It's nice that they have a variety of cabins. So people go check it out. My wife and I live in branson we like to get away and eureka is just a short drive for us to go hide away and take a break. Thank you cliff cottage. And the breakfast wow 👌. Incredible. See you again

Such a relaxing atmosphere. Comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Just steps away from downtown, yet quiet and private. We loved the amenities like the Alexa and the fireplace. It was great to be able to make our own coffee and teas. The robes were perfect after soaking in the hot tub.

I don't actually have anything horrible to say. Room was quaint and the jacuzzi tub was fabulous. I was not fond of the fact that both rooms were on the same thermostat and our neighbors were lizards. I was baking one night. The driveway is super steep and comes out to a very narrow road so we parked and got Uber all weekend. Proximity to downtown is perfect though.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Location in Eureka Springs is perfect. Within walking distance of everything downtown. The little porch out back was great and a perfect place to sample some local activities. And the two breakfasts we were served was by far restaurant quality. All in all 10 out of 10.

Cliff Cottage is an iconic place to stay in Eureka Springs. Justin was so helpful answering my questions over the phone. The room was exceptionally clean and the plate of goodies and breakfast were delicious.
