I needed my feet done bad so I decided to google nail salon near me and this one popped up. I came in as a walk in even though they prefer appointments and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, that was the best decision for me. B took her time on my pedicure and full set. Nothing was rushed! The salon was quiet and very relaxing. I will be back in 3 weeks to see you B! Thank you again!

This is the best place. B is always flexible and kind. We have a good time chatting while does she does my nails and my nails always look great! B has helped my nails grow from little nubs into beautiful healthy nails. I always call for an appointment and she gets me in as soon as she can. Thank you B for great service every time I come in and I’ve been coming in for over a year!

The only reason I'm not giving this place a one star rating is so the review doesn't just get buried. If I could I would give them 0 stars. This is by far the worst customer service I've had the displeasure of dealing with, the staff was rude, making snarky comments about the customers, they had your nails behind a barrier so you couldn't see what they were doing UNTIL they were finished so you couldn't say anything about it if you weren't happy with how things were looking, they refused to take payment by card without a $3 fee for using card, and they made you pay by Cashapp which sounded like a huge scam to me, and the prices for what services I selected were significantly less than what I paid for and I WILL. be disputing these charges. They filed the nail beds down so harshly that I'd seen another customer who's nails were bleeding, and after they were done they put the files and utensils back without cleaning them off, I wanted to puke. If you're planning on going out and treating yourself to a nice self care day, do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

I first discovered this establishment via the reviews. Some were negative but most were positive. I needed a new nail spa. I thought I would try this nail spa out. Today was my second visit to this establishment. Both visits have been exceptional. I believe I have found my forever nail spa. You may ask why. Let’s talk about it. #1 Great Customer Service. #2 A very Clean, Calm, and peaceful atmosphere. #3 Great Price. No hidden fees or upcharges. #4 Location. #5 Appointment only. #6 Honors appointments by being timely #7 Other customers are very nice and friendly. #8. Various payment methods #9. I always feel great when I leave. After a long week, quality me-time is needed. #10. Attention to detail and attention to the customers, when rendering services. So there you go, ten reasons why you should visit this establishment. I am going to recommend it to family and friends, church members and all. Oops, one more thing… text message confirmations of the appointment. I love it. So many positives, yes. I know that every place has its positives and negatives. I found a lot of positives here. I will continue to come to this establishment.

I had an amazing experience at Classy Nails and Spa today. B was extremely nice and was able to squeeze me in for a manicure and pedicure! Terry did a great job with my pedicure, and B was able to turn my vision into reality and then some with my manicure! Overall the team was kind and welcoming. For someone who doesn’t go to nail salons frequently, this place is great for first timers!

The guy that did my pedicure was great. Didn't feel rushed at all, and my nails look great! My feet feel great, and if I'm in the area again, I will be back. As a member of LGBTQ+, it's nice to feel welcome here. And, yes, I did show them off for the remainder of my trip. Thanks again!

I love Classy Nails & Spa, me and my mom were very well taken care of by the stuff. They have relaxing music, the establishment is very clean and when you go in with an appointment there’s no wait time at all. Prices are the lowest in the whole area and the results are the best. I haven’t got pedicure before, now I’m always going to come back. I invite everyone to come, you will have the best experience ever. 10/10 ✅

If you want great customer service, check out Classy Nails! Bi and Nancy are awesome! I love my eyebrows...microshaded by Nancy 💜 Definitely worth the money!
