I stayed here on May 12, 2025 and I have to tell you it was the perfect place. Their housekeeping staff does an amazing job. Everything was spotless. The room looks exactly like the pictures you find on the website. The beds were so comfortable. In the morning, the coffee at the continental breakfast bar was amazing. It was so quiet all night long. Easy in and out on Hwy 69. I really enjoyed my stay and I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I happen to be out that way again.

Clarion Pointe Prescott Valley, AZ is a pleasant place to rest at the end of a busy day elsewhere. I chose this hotel because of its location near a family member.

I would not recommend this location for a vacation destination. As an overnight stopover or business trip, it's economical and nice enough. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable, but not luxurious. The bathroom is a tiny water closet with a shower. The sink is in the dressing area of the room.

Breakfast is heavy on the standard carbs - juices, bagels, waffles, biscuits, oatmeal, and dry cereals. Proteins offered are packaged hardboiled eggs and small yogurt cups.

I gave the hotel an extra star for the 24/7 coffee and hot beverage dispenser in the breakfast area. Its robotic wonderfulness has me craving morning and evening caramel cappuccinos.

Starting with the staff. They were very friendly however very misinforming about their prices. On Google of course you get a lot of different companies that you can book with however, the front desk strongly discourages you and tells you that these companies are fraudulent and that you need to take their full price walk-in booking or else you're going to get "ripped off and scammed" This is of course not the case since anybody who's listed on their Google partner page has to be approved by the management or operators of the hotel.

Moving on to the hotel itself. The hotel is just a redesigned motel 8 which they did a fantastic job on overall! Place looks clean and modern has a great breakfast bar and amenities etc.

Bedroom is comfortable well laid out, good TVs and bathroom remodel etc.

However, The main reason I'm checking into a hotel, is for a place to lay down and go to sleep. That's where the other three star comes in. The bed was definitely NOT a good quality bed! You could feel lumps andnsome of the inner springs and certain spots of the mattress. The bedding was beautiful and looked really nice however, you could smell it wasn't clean very well. It's a bummer because I feel like they got so close to having a good experience but they really skimped on the thing that matters the most! You can mess up a lot of things when you're making a hotel, but make the beds comfortable and make them clean! Hopefully this review helps improve what could be a nice place to stay that justifies the price.

This hotel offers excellent value in the typically expensive Prescott market. The well-appointed rooms are spacious and come equipped with both a microwave and refrigerator. We enjoyed a comfortable bed and appreciated the thoughtful amenities including guest laundry facilities, a mini market, and complimentary breakfast. The cheerfully decorated lobby and well-lit parking lot added to the welcoming atmosphere.

Manager Robbin stood out for her professional, friendly service. The only drawback was an unexplained $15 service fee. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience and competitive pricing for the Prescott area merit 5 stars.

The room was clean, I like that there’s no carpet. Linens were okay, beds pretty comfy, a little firm. Staff was very nice and attentive, especially Jul on the afternoon shift. They have a great 24 hour cappuccino machine in the lobby (no coffee in room).
My only complaint is how very noisy it is in one’s room. You can hear EVERYTHING in the adjoining rooms and out in the hallway (texting keyboard clicks, laughter, conversation, water running through plumbing in the walls, comvos in hall).

I had a great experience staying at Clarion Pointe in Prescott Valley. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the Wi-Fi and TV worked perfectly throughout my visit. The staff were welcoming and made check-in quick and easy. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I’d definitely recommend Clarion Pointe to anyone visiting the Prescott Valley area.

Everything was comfortable, location was convenient, close to restaurants and movie theatre. But the continental breakfast was really bad, stale, hard bagels and pastries, watered down coffee..spoiled fruit. Nothing good. Ihop & Dennys are super close so head over there for breakfast.

Overall a solid experience. The hotel service was a bit slow on checking me in. However, this place was comfortable, modern, and has all the good amenities a hotel should. A nice gym, good breakfast for free, and of course a very nice warm bed.
