I stayed here on business. I loved the facade of the hotel and had high hopes. Overall its was an average hotel. Nothing special. When in the room after checking in a cleaner knocked on the door and told me she left her coffee in my rooms microwave. It wasn’t a great start when you want to feel like your room is fresh and clean.

The rooms are fairly dated. There is a vacant old hotel next door and empty block and I felt they should have had locks on windows for security especially the ground floor where I was.

The staff here seem largely uninspired and struggled to smile.

I had one night passing through and it was just average.

The hotel location really requires you to have a car or be prepared to get an Uber to get anywhere.

Rooms were surprisingly nicer than I expected, we'll arranged, clean and with fridge and microwave. The facilities offered a decent breakfast with waffles, eggs, and sausage besides the usual cereal and pastry. And they had a small pool but it was raining so I did not get to to try it out.

Save your money and stay somewhere else. The staff doesn’t care about customers. They dont value a customer. Very rude and unprofessional. I spoke to Jason on the phone cause i had a question about the room and extra bed. He was VERY RUDE and raising his voice on the phone. Some people aren’t meant to work as a customer service! You could tell this place is a dump by looking at the attitude of the staff.

Terrible Customer Service - They Stole My Money
I made a reservation and prepaid for a room. However, when I arrived, I realized I had forgotten my purse at home and didn’t have my physical card with me. Even though the room was fully paid, the staff insisted I needed a physical card to check in.
I explained my situation and asked if they could cancel the reservation instead. They assured me the reservation would be canceled and that I wouldn’t be charged. Unfortunately, when I checked my bank account, I found they had charged me for the room I never used—despite their promises.
I tried contacting the manager several times, explaining the issue, but they refused to help. Even Expedia intervened to request a refund on my behalf, but the hotel still refused.
I feel completely robbed and deeply disappointed. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

The stay was fine, no complaints on that. The doors to the hallways require a room to to let you in the hallways.|The only problem I have with this Clarion is the policy they have on reservations. You must give 24 hour notice if you want to leave earlier than you booked a reservation or they will charge you the full day you depart. I reserved a 3 night stay and checked out after 2 night and got charged for the 1 night I did not use. They also rented that same room out which got them twice the pay for that room. |Just book night to night because you never know when an emergency comes up with this hotel.

Checked in last 3/14/25 with this receptionist vsanch and handed her my card incase we broke something after checking out, after few hours my card was being charged online shopping with Nordstrom and Lululemon $1000+, unfortunately the manager was out cause its a weekend… not a good place thieves work here.

Nice location friendly staff good family place safe and secure will come back breakfast was grab and go nice restaurant next door close to shopping area Costco and target are few miles away kids enjoyed at the property as rooms were spacious

This place was the absolute worst. First they put us on a room that wasn't ready that should've been my first sign caus give worked in a hotel before so this was unacceptable. Then we have no hot water to take a shower. Yea worst place ever! Don't ever stay here. Rooms are sketchy as hell. I didn't feel safe here. Spend the extra money on the better hotel. No courtesy for their guests. Went to check out and the girl was absolutely rude. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
