Key card only sometimes worked. Heat did not work. Shower was so strong it hurt and the water was barely warm. The T.V. did not work. Only some lights worked. The fridge did not work. Were told after payment that we were not allowed to flush toilet paper but after we wipe we have to throw it in the trash can. The room was dirty. The one towel we got was stained. The beds and furniture had burnt cigarette marks in/on it as well as someones hair and we're not even made correct. As the sheets were just thrown on upside down and did not smell clean. There were people walking around outside most of the night. We saw at least one with a gun he was waving around.

BIGGEST THANKS to Nitin for the the clean room and friendly service. If you aren’t paying attention ridding the chief ladiga trail and need a room this is the place with a hiker/cyclist discount rate.

Someone new has come in and is in the process of updating all rooms. No carpet! New flooring, fixtures, paint. The manager was super nice and helpful.

Great service at this location! Room was clean and management was super friendly/accommodating. This place seems to be much safer now and it's said that the police department has done a great job at keeping the riff raff and druggies away from here. Under new ownership and they seem to be managing it quite well!

the rooms are newly remodeled, but the bedding is old and i found chewed gum in my top sheet. Definitely doubt they change the bedding after each guest

Manager/owner was nice, but that is about it. Bed bugs everywhere. Couldn’t even stay the night, had to leave as soon as we could. Price is okay but definitely not worth sharing the bed with crawling critters. No phones or lights, just two bedside lamps and a small one in the bathroom. Mystery stains all over the walls and carpet, Microwave doesn’t work and refrigerator barely works. Got two singles and one double for our family, and it was definitely a waste of almost 200 bucks. Rather drive a bit more out of the town and stay at a cleaner hotel…

Stayed with Mr. Niten, and his staff on 10/17/2023. The non-smoking room we stayed in was immaculate. Upon paying for the room, Mr Niten accompanied us to our room, performed a personal inspection, did a professional turndown of the beds, turned the air on, and asked us if we would like some ice. This man's attention to detail, customer service skills, and professionalism are second to none, and are the example that others only hope to achieve. My family will choose him and his staff's services first time, every time. Thank you again Mr Niten. You and your staff are top notch.
