Went on a Tuesday about 1pm. The place is on the 2nd floor of the BMO building (can't miss the building), just follow your nose. I think I missed the free parking, we parked about a block away on the street. Seems like a very safe neighborhood though.

The building is lovely and the bathrooms were immaculate. Everything was very shiny.

We ordered off the board and got soup of the day and a salad and a chicken BBQ flatbread with fries.

The food was made fresh as you can watch them make it. It took about 10 minutes, but you can order ahead if you need to. It looks like they get a lot of sales from staff in the building, which I think explains why it was so cheap.

The salad was huge, definitely enough for a good lunch. The soup (chicken tortilla) was very nice. The flatbread was delicious and just the right temperature, with a good amount of toppings (I'm a sucker for pineapple) and the fries were good too.

The seating was both indoor and outdoor and very quiet and peaceful so you could work or chat.

This seems like one of those places only locals know about and want to keep a secret. Good food, great prices, perfect for a quick lunch.

Great costumer service! Awesome view towards the city. Friendly employees. Fantastic food! Good chicken too!.
Starbucks!!! Wow!! Amazing!!! You can be sitting outside eating your grilled chicken salad with a #Starbucks ice cold tea and watching airplanes for in the distance and just have a good meal 🙂
