Husband and I had an appointment today at 10:30 am. Got a text they were busy, come at 11am.
We arrived at 10:50 am, two women were standing outside the back door TALKING. Came up front and immediately said they were too busy to do 2 massages!!!
We have appointments at In Touch massage tomorrow.
RUN! It is nasty and smells!!!

Full disclosure my son will not go back here again. Although they did a good massage, he was uncomfortable with some of their practices. I sent him there as a gift. I wasn't present for his massage.

After many massages over the years, I have to say that after a friend suggested going, I thought I'd give it a try. My neck and back were both truly messed up. Turned out to be probably the best massage I have ever had. Some in the past actually bruised my back, but not here. The pressure was spot on!

My amazing husband surprised me by scheduling a massage at this place. He checked prices and read the reviews. He saw that someone posted that they up charge for coconut oil so he gave me enough cash for the massage, coconut oil and a generous tip. First of all, I didn’t like how the place smelled. Second of all, the massage was EXTREMELY painful. I have never experienced anything like it and told her multiple times that she was hurting me. She just chuckled and continued to dig her elbows into me. She didn’t ask what oil I wanted and just said “I do coconut oil for you”. I was extremely nauseous and hurting so bad when I was checking out that I didn’t even care that because they charged more than expected even with the up charge that it only left a $5 tip out of the cash my husband gave me. The 3 women in the front all started talking and stopped me and told me “more tip’. 😡 Never again will I use this place,

So the massage was really good. This is like the 4th or fifth time going. The only thing I can complain about is how pressured the staff make you feel to leave a big tip. I typically tip around $20 since I just paid 115 for a 90 min massage. So I don’t understand why they get so mad at a $20 tip.

a few friends of mine referred me to this place & im so glad i checked it out. super authentic, professional, and my expectations were far exceeded. i went i with tight neck muscles and asked for a deep tissue, and got it. i will definitely be visiting this place often from here on!

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing massage, this is not the place. My "therapist" was obviously being taught on the job and had no formal training. The owner/manager came into the room several times to talk to the therapist and do things like put a bolster under my ankles when my "therapist" forgot that the ankles needed support.. The owner/manager was right outside of my room looking in and talking loudly the WHOLE time!!!
I paid extra for coconut oil and I did not smell any coconut on me when I left. Even where they did not wipe the oil off on my arms, there was no scent of the upgrade oil.
If you are modest, bring your own linen. The draping they had was a small 3x3 piece of cloth that was super thin and did not really make me feel covered.
The therapist I got, worked across the spine! This is a NO NO!!! And she had no real plan. A little here, a little there and back again to an area already done. Shoulders, legs, and then back to shoulders. The stretching was sometimes just one sided.
I am a retired professionally trained therapist, practicing for over 30 years. I have received massages all over this planet. I know what good is and this is not it.
And the place, itself smells bad. Like food stuffs or kimchi.
I only came in because the reviews were mostly good. Makes me wonder about the reviews.
I will not be back.
