The moment my now husband and I stepped onto the property, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding, it felt like home! The magic of Circle Oak isn’t just in the breathtaking venue; it’s in the people who make it so special. The team’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were evident from day one, and it was their support that made our experience truly exceptional.

Our wedding day was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail was extraordinary, and it was the little things that made the day run so smoothly. From the ceremony to the reception, every moment was executed perfectly. Our guests continue to rave about how much they loved our venue and our wedding!

A special shout-out to our wedding coordinator, Kendra. Kendra guided us through every event of the day with such grace and always seemed to know exactly what we needed, even before we did! As a bride, the emotional rollercoaster was real, but Kendra kept me grounded and helped me enjoy every moment to the fullest. Her support didn’t just ensure our wedding ran smoothly; it made me, my husband, our bridal party, and our families feel truly cared for!

To everyone at Circle Oak Ranch, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day a dream come true. We will forever be grateful for everything you did to turn our vision into reality. Our wedding day was perfect!

Circle Oak Ranch was the best decision we made for our wedding. The owners and staff are some of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. You get the impression everyone really wants to make your day special. We really appreciated the flexibility with our music preferences and received so much positive feedback from our guests about it throughout the evening. The location is beautiful, pristinely landscaped, and while you don't have to do much to enhance the ambiance but you can easily make the space your own. The food was very tasty and the service didn't skip a beat. While the coordination support leading up to the wedding helps keep you on track, COR is a 4th quarter team. Our wedding day was seamless. Kendra was truly amazing. She was my right hand all day and was always one step ahead of me. You'll have the wedding of your dreams at Circle Oak Ranch. It's a big decision, but just lock in your date and book it!

My daughter was married here last weekend. A beautiful venue, great food, very organized, and the staff was extraordinary! I have knee and hip issues I have a hard time walking. They escorted me with a golf cart ride to every location we went to on the property. They also took me to my car after. Kept the reception moving at a good pace, so that everything could be accomplished and that things ran incredibly smooth. I highly recommend this venue. Once again the staff here was outstanding!!!

If we could give Circle Oak Ranch more than five stars we would! From the beginning their team was so straight-forward in pricing and what to expect when having a wedding with them. Kendra and the whole team was amazing to work with. They would answer our emails and phone calls almost immediately, sent reminders, scheduled meetings and made sure our day was perfect.

Seriously, if something went wrong on our wedding day we had no idea. The food was great, they coordinated with all our vendors and it was absolutely the best party. We wanted to do it all again! Circle Oak Ranch will be the best decision you make.

My husband and I LOVED Circle Oak Ranch - the staff and venue were absolutely phenomenal and we are so thankful we selected them for our wedding day!! We knew we wanted an Outdoor Wedding and when we stumbled across Circle Oak Ranch, we fell in love with a photo of the reception area at night under the String Lights. Photos don’t do the beauty of the venue enough justice, it is so secluded and absolutely gorgeous. All of our wedding guests keep raving about how beautiful the venue was, but most importantly how incredible the staff was and how focused they were on the wedding guest experience. Jennifer, Chelsea, and Kendra and all of the Circle Oak Staff were so attentive, responsive, and so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and made the actual wedding day go so seamlessly. When we first toured the venue we were so impressed when they walked us through all of the details and how organized everything was. Having the DJ, Catering, and Bartenders included in the Wedding Package made everything way easier because they had such a well established working relationship and helped bring everything together. Circle Oak does a Tasting Day well in advance of your wedding day and it allows you the perfect opportunity to feel like you’re attending a wedding there and get to meet other couples, recommended vendors, and try all of the amazing food!! I have anxiety so I was a little nervous to start the wedding planning process and was afraid the day of the wedding I wouldn’t be able to enjoy everything because I would be caught up in the details. Having Chelsea as our wedding coordinator was seriously a dream!! She took care of absolutely everything and we knew we were in amazing hands. She kept things moving and on schedule and was focused on making sure everything came together. Chelsea and the entire staff were so catered to making sure my husband and I could just enjoy our special day with our family and friends and soak it all in. Our wedding was PERFECT and we are so thankful we chose Circle Oak. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!! We promise if you select Circle Oak Ranch you won’t regret it!!

We had our wedding here 3 week ago and couldn't have been happier!! Jennifer and her Husband's property is amazing such an amazing venue and they do such an amazing job coordinating an event there. The circle oak team is very highly skilled and everything was managed to the highest level. Our wedding was immaculate. All of their preferred vendors were top notch as well. Food was amazing. If you are looking for an amazing wedding venue with an even more amazing team this place is amazing. Kenda was an amazing coordinator!!

My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago and it was the wedding of our dreams!! The venue itself is simply gorgeous and will leave your guests in awe. I can’t even count the amount of family and friends who told me afterward how stunning the venue was! Many even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

One of the best parts about the venue is the staff! They were beyond amazing and the second we met them we had complete faith that they would do whatever it takes to help us execute our vision! They were so organized and on top of everything. Not only are they great at what they do, they genuinely care about the couples getting married there. Some people say wedding planning is stressful but the staff at Circle Oak Ranch made it such a seamless and enjoyable process! My family and bridal party was even shocked at how smoothly the wedding day went and I owe it all to them!

Jennifer, Kendra, Chelsea, and the whole Circle Oak Team are an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are considering having your wedding here, just go ahead and book now! I feel so incredibly lucky to have had our wedding here. This team knows their stuff when it comes to weddings; they were super on top of coordination with all our vendors and creating a timeline for the day, and they made our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) as stress-free as possible for us. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous; we got married in November and couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The ceremony/cocktail/reception areas are all just perfect, and there's even a special spot on the mountain where they sneak couples away for pictures at sunset...an absolute dream! All of our guests keep complimenting us on our wedding and saying it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, and I can honestly say that a lot of that credit is due to Circle Oak. This place will always have a special place in our hearts, and we really can't thank this team enough for what an incredible job they did.
