Straight garbage they want 150 and got the nerve to say 8 hours for 120 lol what type of establishment is this and they blamed the price on the city of Chicago and taxes when you can stay down Chicago for cheapest than 150 the best western is 89 bucks and they are right downtown i recommend not to stay here

It was ok. Would have been great if only my room hadn’t had smelled like cologne. The sheets smelled like a man was just barely laying in them and hadn’t been cleaned. Hallways are Smoke free so that’s great but The hallways are also full of very strong toxic fragrances. Not ideal for someone like me with a fragrance sensitivity. Bring your own towels because the ones there had prior guests hairs on them… the bathroom also smelled like pee. But other than that decent room I guess…. You get what you pay for.

The rooms have recently been redone. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The hotel was very quiet and you can't beat the proximity to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the water pressure is horrible.

Don't let the outside or area fool ya, this place is a gem!
We stayed for a night on our road trip across country. I got so much grief from travel partners cuz of the outside & neighborhood. But he admitted "it was not as bad as I thought it would be" ..
Personally I was very happy with everything .. Check-in was smooth & she was super nice .. Check-out same thing smooth .. Breakfast was your basic continental one ..
The room was very nice - extremely clean .. No bugs, no stench that would knock ya over .. AC worked great it was a bit noisy at first when turning on but it was not noticeable rest of the night .. Bed was so comfy!!!!!! Lots of towels, soap, & lotion but no shampoo ..
Only thing is we ordered this AMAZING pizza but had to meet driver at the door cuz ya need a card to get in .. Nice safety feature not door dash friendly 😁

Definitely recommend!!!! Thanks for a great start to family road trip!!

Rooms are very clean, service is good. Was sleeping in and they decide to replace the batteries on the card readers, sounded like they were trying to open the door so I called the front desk.

The location is inconvenient and the area is very sketchy, and the front desk attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful. She called security on me cuz when I didn't have the the extra $100 I had to call someone to come pick me up, but she told security I was trying to sleep in the lobby! If I was homeless I wouldn't have had the $140 for my room to begin with! I would NEVER recommend this hotel and will never try to stay there again.
