Mold & Mildew. Kitchen faucet with white ring of mold. Shower curtain serious mildew. Now charging daily resort fee! I own multiple time shares and have been to dozens of TS properties the last 35 years and NEVER paid a resort fee. Also, staying 2 weeks with NO free cleaning. Called 4 months to request a specific room. Didn't get it. Blue Green not as bad as Holiday Inn but doesn't help the bad reputation of time shares.

Super nice place. Definitely not a cheap place. The staff is amazingly friendly and there are plenty of family type activities to keep everyone occupied. The rooms are really nice. Much more like upscale apartments and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

We had the presidential suite and we loved it. The weather was perfect in the low 70s and the pool was still great. So much to do in this area. your 2 hours from Mexico and Sedona and 4 to 6 hours from the Grand Canyon.
The only problem with our stay in this resort is the bathrooms. The toilet is not enclosed in its own room so it makes getting privacy while you go impossible.

Great staff and beautiful location. Lots of restaurants and shopping areas close by. The resort rooms are a bit dated but well kept. Exterior of property is nice. Pool and activity areas are very nice. Also, visit the spa—awesome staff. I loved Michelle, she’s is a great massage therapist. Overall, I love this location of all Bluegreen properties that I’ve visited. The hospitality of the AZ locals are top notch.

30 min drive to everything which isn't bad at all! Definitely recommend this place. Loved how the pool was open till later at night too. Pool food and drinks were above par. I definitely would go back.
That being said, it's not a place to go if you're looking for peace and quiet. There were a lot of kids splashing/jumping in the pool. There is an adult only pool, but it's pretty tiny. Overall, recommend this place!

I always enjoy coming back to this resort! I like the peacefulness, a great place to relax and where kids can have a good time. I would love if they add a small convenience store or more food options. They offer good activities for the kids and family.

I had a great time here! The room was big and can easily fit up to four people! It was the biggest hotel room I’ve ever seen! There was also a pool, with a slide. There pool was huge. With a slide, that was fast and really fun! Although, someone ran into me on the slide once, the lifeguard had let the other person go down way too early. Also we called and asked for towels delivered to our room but it took too long, so long we called them back and said we’ll just pick them up. Besides that this is an awesome hotel for an awesome price! I would recommend.

This was our first stay at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa in Peoria AZ. We arrived early and not that we expected it, but our room was ready by 12 noon. The unit was clean and very modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to mo and Niko of maintenance. Love that they have an adult only pool on site. The spa is definitely a must do. If you don't mind the drive time, plenty to see and do, Tomstone (3.5 hrs) Bisbee (4 hrs ) Sedona/Flagstaff (2 hrs) and Scottsdale (1 hr) Definitely recommend a visit. Nice resort wish we lived closer.
