Please stay away!! This hotel had multiple transients at the very front of the property. This explains why the lobby is closed and only night window is open. The room was filthy and most furniture broken. There is constant noise and yelling throughout the night. Housekeeping playing loud music at 9am when they start cleaning rooms. Amenities are all unavailable. While there, a domestic violence fight happened on site. Police were called and the property refused to give a refund for inconveniences. I would’ve preferred to sleep in our car. This property has no business being in business.

Horrible, so I live in motels . my boss send me all over the country and this is the worst thing I ever experienced I mean when you have to fight to get your room because they're so stupid to find you in their system?
Forget about servicing the room no matter if you there for 2 days or e weeks.

I wish I could give 0 stars! It doesn't matter the price, stay away from this hotel! It's disgusting and gross. Cockroaches, pubic hairs on floor in bathroom, hairs in blankets (obviously sheets and blankets were not washed, let alone the room).
The pictures look nothing like the actual rooms.
We decided not to stay there after seeing the state of this hotel and room. When we asked to checkout and receive a refund after only being there long enough to see the room, the assistant manager Jessica refused to give a refund or check us out. At first she wouldn't even give us her name, the only way we got it is by calling the phone number. Also the area is very unsafe. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!! IT'S DISGUSTING!!

I stopped by with my daughter at 3 am. Desperate for a few hours sleep as we drove all night. $260 bucks and I had to checkout before 11. I felt like I was getting ripped off so we left and took a nap on the beach instead. Very disappointed ☹️

Me and my girlfriend rented a room here for 2 nights while visiting her family in imperial Beach, ca. Oh boy where to start... upon arriving we noticed the main lobby was closed due to construction and all transactions had to be done through the night drop window which was covered in flies. When we got our key card and entered our room we immediately noticed the A/C unit was in pieces. The floor was sticky and the vinyl was literally bubbling and coming off the subflooring. There were holes in the walls. The chairs were stained yellow and brown and were "crunchy". The TV was disconnected and didn't work. The toilet had " curly " hairs and sticky yellowish stuff all over it. The walls were filthy and the shower had a hole above the shower head that was dripping from the room above. The pool was also permanently closed by the health department. Our next door neighbor was also assaulted the first night. Even after reporting the condition of everything we were told that they were sorry but they just started working there and they can't do anything. Worst hotel experience

This motel will not refund your money if something comes up and you can’t make it to the motel. Don’t worry, they’ll see KARMA soon! What a shady way to do business!

Slow old lady’s at the front desk. They get excited when you give them a cash deposit and of course when I go to check out they said my towels are stained so they keep the deposit haha lot of shady things going on at this motel please be careful pick a better place to stay next time I’m in town
