Had the fajitas and 2 tiki margaritas! Margs were excellent but the beef fajitas were tough and chewy……. They didn’t look like the picture on menu at all!!! Average restaurant with average food. Nothing special……

Went around 8pm and it wasn't very busy which is a plus for me. The server was amazing. She was friendly and attentive which made the experience a good one. The food was amazing. My burger was cooked to perfection and the fries fresh and hot. Definitely recommend getting the mango tea.

Haven’t ate here forever, decided to give a try. Wish we hadn’t - took over an hour to get food (we had been sitting 30 minutes and people who just came here were getting food- when our food came out it clearly had been sitting), the service was average, and I had a view of the kitchen - (I teach food safety) the cook was making salads with their bare hands (which is a major servsafe violation), and their card reader wasn’t working… wouldn’t recommend to anyone, should have gone anywhere else…

Server Amy is a fantastic server, very attentive, very kind. Not sure of gentleman cooking this evening but he cooked out burgers to perfection. I special ordered a 4 patty ranch burger and ate every bite.

We went here for St. Patty's day, around 7pm, for some drinks and food, hoping to sit at the bar for a fun time. The restaurant AND bar was lit like a grocery store milk section - BRIGHT! No music as everyone stared as we walked in, including staff with angry faces while wearing holiday flair. This place doesn't want business, clearly. We left and are now at Applebee's with fun atmosphere and green drinks. Sorry, Chili's, we done, you sad.

We have been there during the day and the service has been great. We also have been there in the evening and Our waitress gave us very poor service. I recommend going during the day for the best service.

Our family loves the three for me deal. We come a few times a month for burgers. The chips and salsa are fabulous. The burgers are always juicy and the fries are hot. Can't go wrong if you order this. Friendly staff.

I ordered by phone at 7:57 pm, (2 chicken nacho orders and queso) and was told it would take about 10 mins. I went in to pay at 8:10pm. Three people came and went with their orders while I waited. At one point EIGHT servers and staff were standing in the kitchen EATING . I got my order at 8:40. I opened it to make sure it was correct, and BOTH orders were BURNT. The mgr asked me to give them a second chance, but that was already the THIRD chance, and I will not go back. Chili’s was once a favorite, but not anymore. Eating out is too expensive these days for mediocre food and service.
