As always completely happy with our Chick Fil A experience. The food was all delicious and customer service great. Wish they had a chick fil a closer to us but we stop whenever we are in the area that has one and grab a bite to eat. Chicken is always fresh, hot and cooked to perfection.

I've very rarely had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. This location keeps up the high expectations. Friendly service, and fairly fast service. Always a joy getting fresh hot chicken and waffle fries from there.

Not every time my order is right, but what they get right is my Gluten intolerant foods. I thought I couldn't eat here anymore,but I am so glad they have options and put even the gf bun in a separate bag and my sandwich in a container not touching other stuff. Thank you

I ordered thru the app, and they don't have a special lane to pick up. So, I had to wait more than 30 minutes in line to pick our food. I bought in other cities on Chick-fil-A and it have been a very fast service thru the app.

Beside that. The food was delicious as always. And the personnel was friendly and gave us a good service.

Great food and great service.
My daughter has to have Chick Fil A a few times a week
Luckily, I don't mind it either.
I love the different sauces.
My favorite is Polynesian.
I also love the Buffalo, honey mustard, and Sriracha sauce.

The bathroom atmosphere is horrible. Packed building and the men's bathroom has only one stale and one urinal. Took forever to get in the bathroom. As busy as this place is you need at least two of both. One handicap stale and one normal. If everyone is using it because it's the only on. It shows how inconsiderate the general manager or owners are of disabled people and how hard they already have a tougher life to deal with. They should not have to deal with fighting for a stale or children needing to go too. Not to mention, the line to the bathroom was way outside near the ordering counter. Narrow hallway for women to squeeze by the line for mens so they can get in. This poor layout is a disaster all around. Do better chick-fil-a!

Update: Manager responded back that it is quicker to go in instead of drive thru. I wasn't in a hurry, I was just trying to get breakfast and waiting as long as I did I almost didn't get it. Drive thru shouldn't take that long no matter how busy....in my opinion.

I hate giving a low score for Chick-fil-A!! I'm sad they weren't up to par.
Two positives: the coffee was great and the employees were polite.
However it took me 15-20 minutes to get through drive through, one of two slowest I've been to. When I got my food, it was warm almost cold; it was edible because I was hungry....very disappointed!
