I ordered a 30 Chunk Special & a 50 Chunk Special in which the sauces come included with the special. I placed the order online $200+ as it was an employee birthday lunch we picked up from the restaurant over an hour away. I pick up my order and everything seemed to be there as per the worker. I drive back to work over (1hr+) to Chicago. As we unpackaged the orders there was no sauces at all not even for the Jalapeno Poppers. Luckily the Marinara was included for the Mozzarella Sticks. I call in to talk to a manager in which she stated she was the manager. As soon as I said I just picked up a big online order she states your sauces are here. I then replied why weren't they added to my order and the blame game started of a new employee. I know there's a floor manager who has to double check orders especially one that is $200+. Manager then went to ask if we order regularly as to credit me for something. But then when she said I can credit you for the sauces. Lady the sauces comes free with the order... I get accidents happen but be mindful of the order size and it being a birthday lunch how inconvenient this was and for you to want to credit me for sauces that comes free or the 4 extra sauces I paid to reassure we had enough sauces is just an insult at this point. Nevertheless, I sure hope they get their orders and management together because I'm sure going to have to reconsider having future orders if they can't get their flaws corrected.

I went in here and I had to try everything. They're gumbo that is on Thursdays only. You can get pints or quarts was actually delicious. They're famous chicken breast. I like to say chicken balls with their biscuits and their mashed potatoes with the yummy chicken gravy. I love it! This last time that I went in there I had to try their chicken salad which was good. I wasn't a fan of the gizzards and I did like the fish and chips. The problem is the packing the to-go packing although they put them in the paper bags because they don't want to put them in a plastic to keep it crisp. Everything sits on top of each other and and flattens everything but.. in any case, I really love this place

Really fun place! Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, music isn't too intrusive, food is good and very inexpensive for this day and age. Portion sizes are very large - a single chicken chunk (I actually went home and weighed a few) weighs about 3-4 oz. So the smallest 3 piece meal has around 3/4 lbs of chicken. I could barely finish two with my combo.

Was greeted by the staff when I walked in. Alex and Tina were very helpful with the menu. The restaurant is clean and pretty open.

The restaurant has just boneless chicken thighs as chicken. They also come with a sauce. I ordered chicken thighs with honey mustard. The thighs were tender, not dry. The sauce with it matched perfectly.

I ordered wedges, rice, onion rings, and chicken salad. The sides were good and fresh.

I originally wanted the chicken salad croissant but I'm real picky about my chicken salad and so I decided to order it as a side with my spicy chicken sandwich to first to see how I would like it. First, the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and it was big. At the end I actually deconstructed the sandwich and dipped the chicken into there delicious creamy hot sauce. Second, I will most definitely get the chicken salad croissant next. That was damn good. I mean, first bite and I had immediate regret that I didn't get it as a sandwich. The spicy chicken was good, however!
The fries work very good in seasoned. My husband got the Italian beef and he got it pretty plain without it being dipped and no cheese sauce. I think next time he'll go with the works. It was a bit pricey for two meals for drive thru fast food, it was about $26 all together, but it was good.

Yummy, yum, yum !!! If you like spice, you gotta try the rice. Down south, we call it dirty rice. ( a mixture of rice, spice, onions, and ground up meat) It’s good and neat, what a treat, makes you get up on your feet for a repeat, If you tried the chicken breast, now try the rest.
Trust me!!!! We wouldn't be traveling from the Illinois/Indiana border once a week. We miss Pat, at the former Joliet spot. Been going there since 2005.

I tried 3pc breast chunk meal with spicy rice and mash potato. Chicken chunks came all hot and fresh 😋 The spicy rice was delicious with ground beef in it. And I liked their chicken gravy that came on top of the mash. It was flavorful. I didn't care much about their traditional chicken sandwich. It was too plain. Maybe I would try the spicy chicken sandwich next time. The gentleman at the register helped me decide what I wanted since it was my first time there.

Horrible terrible service! The young lady working the Drive-through had zero customer service! I’m a retired Navy showed her my card and she still refused to give me my discount on top of having a horrible attitude! The discount was minor, but it was her attitude that was over the top and totally uncalled for

My food was ice cold and rubbery! I hope the owner see this so they can talk to this young lady because her attitude was totally uncalled for she slammed the window on me and I asked her about the price of my food she wanted to argue with me! My receipt said that her name is San. Been going here for years, but I promise you I absolutely will never come back to this place!

Good customer service go a long way! This place was much better when it was on the east side!
