I like the Kickin Kay Lynne on croissant.
The drive thru was quick. The guy at the window was very nice and respectful.
Today was the first time I had been to Chicken Salad Chick since they first opened here a few years ago and from what I remember, they have pretty good Pimento cheese, too.

Did a door dash order for lunch and they left one of the orders off. I had one mad coworker who didn’t get anything for lunch. I called and couldn’t get them to understand I didn’t want a refund I just needed what I ordered but they did nothing to correct it. Will not do this anymore for lunch.

Just don’t. We went at 4:30 PM and they were out of *most* things.
On top of that our order was completely wrong. I almost ate an order with almonds which would have messed up my GI tract and made me poop blood for a week.
The broccoli salad was just dry raw broccoli & cheddar cheese.
I can make better food at home.

They didn’t put the toppings requested on the sandwiches.

We got our money back and left it was so bad.

The last two times we have come y’all been out of grape salad and this time out of grape salad and fruit . It was 5:00 when I came through the drive thru and then when I got home not realizing I order 4 meals and only rang up 3 so then had to go back and get another and called about it first . Then were out of potato soup .

I walked in at noon, which seems like it would be a busy time. There were 5 people ahead of me in line(not too many for NOON) I saw that there were plenty of employees (8 that I could see)
I waited for 21 minutes before I got to the front of the line. When I started to speak to the cashier she said “I’m sorry, you’ll have to wait for the kitchen to get caught up” and turned around to stand there doing nothing.
2 out of the 3 employees up front behind the register weren’t much help to the rest of the staff. One started to wipe down the counter and the other talked to a customer waiting on her order.
I waited another 4 minutes before I decided to leave without ordering at the 25 minute mark. I just thought by the time I get my food I would be there 30 min or so.
I went to ChFila and ordered thru the drive thru. Took 9 minutes from the time I got in the 16 car line to the time I drove off

Food was good. But the portions very small for the price. Casher needs her attitude checked. All and all good food but workers need to be more pleasant.
