Today was my first time at the boutique and I am so glad to have chosen Chicago Beauty Boutique! Sabrina who did my wax was amazing so kind and kept me talking through the pain of my second ever wax. The atmosphere at the shop and the pleasant conversations from entering to leaving was such a warm welcome and put me at ease with trying a new place. Thrilled to be back for future appointments!

This boutique was amazing. I received a Brazilian wax from Sabrina at this location and everything was perfect. The receptionist was very welcoming in the shop, and the decor was beautiful. The wax that Sabrina used was flexible, so it wasn’t harsh on the skin, and I appreciated that. I am now a returning client💕 Don’t walk, run to book your appointment!

Sitting long hours at a desk can be hard on the body, but I have finally found a massage therapist who can work out all the kinks!!! Syreeta Fields is absolutely amazing! Her hands have healing in them!! 10/10 I highly recommend her services!!!!! 🤲🏾💆🏽‍♀️🤲🏾

Excellent customer service !!! They were so accommodating while scheduling through Groupon. I called and did not get an answer. I left a voicemail and got a return call in less than an hour. I had car problems the day of my appointment they were so understanding and rescheduled without a hassle. I would definitely recommend and continue to use their services

Sabrina is the BEST! She takes great care of her customers and is knowledgeable with all the services offered. The vibe is amazing! They also have gift/personal use items (candles, oils, scrubs) for sale. Support this women-owned small business! You won't be disappointed!

Best facial ever! Vsteam is an experience!
I cannot recommend this spa more. The staff is amazing, welcoming, professional and caring.
I did the vsteam and was nervous but felt like a Princess with the silky gown and mimosa.
Then the facial was so relaxing, so many steps and my face was glowing and clean afterwards.
