Nice hotel with excellent sized rooms. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Overall very quiet location. Beading and other soft products were excellent. |Breakfast buffet was very good. |One thing to note for those of us that are upper tier rewards customers this site does not have a M Club.

Love this Marriott! Room was bigger than my first studio apartment!

Super comfortable for a group of 3 and our dog. Excellent breakfast. Amazing coffee! Very pleasant weekend stay.

Only note - no water bottle refill station.

Let’s see we checked in Friday February 7 they ran my card on file for incidentals $100 they said it was declined. I swiped the same card they said it was declined but I knew I had availability on the card. So gave them another card was approved so I go upstairs and call the bank about my other card they said it was approved so now I have been charged $200 for incidentals. Which I have to wait until it drops off . They made good buy giving us free breakfast for 2 days. Not bad. But Saturday my husband to the bar to get us 2 drinks. They have no bartender so the dude has to google how to make tequila sunrise and Long Island iced tea which cost $16 and he didn’t like it I guess it wasn’t made right. Tequila sunrise was good it cost $9.
Overall it was nice hotel. I may come back. I’ll bring my own liquor

I almost didn't stay here because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I did. While the hotel isn't new, it is very good. The staff were excellent. Thank you Cindy at the front desk for your assistance. This all suite hotel is very comfortable especially when travelling with family & you need space, it's conveniently located and is fully featured. I strongly recommend it.

Terrible experience. Bathroom moulding was moldy and the floor was stained. The thermostat didn’t work and the room was hot the entire night despite being set at 60. The couch was old and nappy and the floors were old and dirty. The TV and dresser have white splatters all over them. All of this and I would still have rated this place a 3. Enter the guy working the desk, Haven. Our room was above a courtyard which was full of kids on a hockey team who were whooping, screaming, and yelling while all of their parents drank at the bar. I’m all for kids having fun but this was ridiculous . This went on until 11:30 pm. I called the front desk and spoke to Haven at 10:45 and 11, politely requesting some quiet this late at night, so we could fall asleep. Kids were whooping it up right outside our window and stampeding through the halls and in the room above us like a herd of wild horses. Both times I called and Haven assured me “Dont worry I’ll go talk to them.” He didn’t realize our window was above the courtyard and we could see EVERYTHING going on in it. He NEVER once came out to talk to the kids. And he flat out told me he DID. Repeatedly. This is a terrible place to stay unless you are an obnoxious hockey playing child or their neglectful parent. Edit: I attempted to attach photos of the mold but they won’t show up. Imagine a line of black mold on top of all the molding in the bathroom and some molding bulging out due to water damage behind it. Imagine black mold along the bottom edges of the shower door. Imagine grout stains. Now imagine yourself in a new hotel and so that instead.

I am so disappointed in Marriott as a result of this stay. I have been Titanium Elite for years and until the past year, have been a huge Marriott fan but their service has gone significantly downhill. I think this may be the last straw in continuing to stay at their hotels.
Aside from the rooms needing updating - I asked for a late checkout upon checkin. The day of checkout, I went to the front desk to have my key "rekeyed" since it was after 12pm. I went to my room and my key didn't work. Upon returning to the front desk, she apologized and said someone had checked me out (maybe it was her - I am not sure). But she said she had to "undo" that to get me back in to retrieve my belongings.
After returning home, I got a second bill from them for a second night stay. I flew out that night and stayed in another city so I did not stay there! I have called the hotel three times now and no one will call me back. I have to submit an expense report for my job and need this rectified. How can Marriott behave this way!!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which sets the tone for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, and each comes with a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. However, note that bottled water in the room is for sale, so keep that in mind if you're expecting complimentary beverages.

One nice touch is the complementary coffee available by the elevators each morning—a great way to start the day. For those staying longer, there's a laundry room on the 3rd floor, though one of the dryers was unfortunately broken during my stay, so expect possible wait times.

The hotel features several great amenities, including a gym on the first floor, perfect for a quick workout, and an outdoor pool to unwind. If you're hungry, the restaurant inside offers a full dining experience, along with a full bar for drinks. There's also a small snack store, which is convenient for grabbing a quick bite or essentials.

The rooms are average and in need of repair. Our room on the 5th floor had dirt and stains on the sofa. We asked the front desk to clean it for us but they didn't bother. A door had cracked glass and a hole in it. Some floor tile was cracked. Lighting could be better. The shower head is hanging off the wall. The bed was comfortable and the hot water worked well.The room was fairly quiet. The hotel is renting rooms that have not been maintained well.
