I stayed at Chez Hotel for 3 days while visiting Chicago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was amazing — modern, stylish, and very comfortable. My room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything so easy and welcoming. A special shoutout to Andy, who went above and beyond to help me find gift bags for the presents I had brought. Thank you again, Andy! The only downside was that the surrounding area was a bit lacking in activities.

I got married here at Chez Hotel on March 28,2025 and they were amazing! Natalie helped me initially with coordinating my wedding day with Chez Hotel but when she was no longer available, Payton stepped in immediately and I was very amazed at how quickly he adapted to everything and how he made sure to get all the details for my wedding day right, even though he jumped in during the last few weeks before my wedding. He accommodated my requests and also managed the mishaps with the double booking at Chez and I really appreciated it. One of the managers was not too friendly when the incident occurred but thankfully Payton handled it well. Payton was always checking in on me and my now-husband during the wedding reception and made sure we got everything we needed. We are very fortunate to have had him as our venue coordinator!

The hotel itself is beautiful, food was amazing and the waitstaff were very friendly!

Just got married at Chez yesterday and it was perfect! Payton hands down is the best wedding coordinator ever! Any time something came up Payton was there to take care of it. He was so much fun to work with that I’m actually going to miss him! Our guests complimented how beautiful the entire place was and how delicious the food was.

We booked our Corporate Holiday Party for the past two years at the Chez Hotel. The food and drinks are excellent, they provide great service, and very courteous staff. Especially when working with our Event Manager Payton Dow, he truly gives us the ultimate experience when hosting our party, we have about 200+ employees and has given us excellent customer service and a wonderful experience. He definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to his customers.

I had a delightful experience during my stay at the hotel. The property is beautifully clean and has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable haven for relaxation. The fitness center is impressive, featuring a Peloton bike and a treadmill, perfect for keeping up with my workouts. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Without a doubt, I look forward to staying here again in the future.

My wife and I visited Chicago last September for a vacation and stayed at Chez Hotel on our last day. Although it’s a bit far from downtown Chicago, we chose it because of its proximity to the airport—and it exceeded our expectations!

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was polite, and we appreciated the water station, complimentary snacks, and coffee available in the lobby. The room had a cozy, homey vibe—comfortable, clean, spacious, and equipped with a soft mattress that ensured a restful sleep after a tiring day.

We also needed a microwave to reheat our leftover food, and within minutes, a staff member brought us a whole oven to use—talk about going above and beyond! The staff even helped us take pictures around the beautifully designed lobby. To top it off, one of the owners, a sweet and personable lady, took the time to chat with us, asking about our stay and any areas for improvement. She also shared that this was a new hotel.

Kudos to all the staff for making our experience so memorable. We would highly recommend Chez Hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort near the airport.

This was the second time I stayed at the Chez Hotel in the last three months and I am delighted to have found this gem. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Great place for a wedding reception, business meetings, or just next a few days of rest and relaxation. Highly recommended.

My husband and I just had our wedding reception here at Chez Hotel earlier this month (October 2024). We picked Chez hotel because we thought the ballroom was so beautiful and was perfect for our special day! We had the joy of working with Payton who was such an amazing coordinator! He had helped us so much with picking out the most perfect details for the Reception! Everyone who met Payton at the wedding absolutely loved him!!! We got so many compliments on how great he was and how much of a help he was! Payton is truly an amazing person and is amazing at his job! I will continue to recommend his work as well as Chez Hotel forever. My husband and I truly believe that Payton and Chez Hotel made our day so much more special, and we will forever be grateful to have had our wedding reception here. <3
